I had about 30 minutes left, so I went to get a foot massage, believing that it was close to the accommodation and that it was a 4 point Google rating
I was put in a chair at the salon and had him get a foot massage, and the assigned massage just rubbed his leg
I asked strongly, but they said this is a normal massage, so I need to get a deep tissue massage
After that, I just threw it and it ended. It's the worst

I had the most magical experience at Milano Salon Spa. Eka was my massage therapist and she is fantastic. I went twice: once for a 90 minute massage and once for the 4 hour spa experience. Both times Eka showed her skill and caring. If you have the time, treat yourself to the 4 hour spa day. It’s hard to say what was the highlight. Everything was wonderful: the massage, the boreh body scrub, the herbal bath, the anti-aging facial, and the aloe hair treatment. After the treatment my hair and skin looked like they were glowing. I felt relaxed both inside am out. Make sure to ask for Eka. She is fantastic and will give you the best spa experience ever!

I came here spontaneously to cut my hair. The hairdresser was very nice and did a great job, she cut it exactly how I wanted. Then I spontaneously gave Susi a foot massage, it was very nice and relaxing. The employees are generally very nice and friendly. I recommend this salon

Really good place! I love it and the woman Eka was really nice and warm welcoming. You can even have a shower after the massage, wich is really nice for the rest of the day. Definitely come back again.

After reading some of the reviews, went there for a massage and pedicure appointment. It is located in a serene environment, with a lot of privacy for treatments. The therapist Indra was very friendly and professional. He handled both massage and pedicure for me. I was very impressed with the dexterity of Indra in both the massage and the pedicure. Totally satisfied with the excellent service. They offer ginger tea and cookies post the therapies. The therapy rooms also have shower facilities in privacy. Total cost was also quite competitive. Highly recommend this place if you are in Ubud area and looking for a salon/ spa for therapies.

Good massage with drink at the end but the place was a bit noisy and we only had one towel for two for the shower

We went here for the traditional hair treatment. A big success. Very good treatment and massage.

The best waxing and hairdresser I got in Bali. Good price, professional waxing, comfy facilities, good privacy.
I also got my hair washed and cut. Been to Bali already several weeks and my hair were a disaster bcs of the humidity. I dont know what cosmetics did they use but since my only one visit of this place, my hair got way better and it lasted for next 2 months.

Just been for a 90 minute Balinese massage with Made. WOW! She knows what she is doing. Such a lovely lady, very gracious. It was recommended I go to her. I'm really happy. A lovely ginger tea and cookies afterwards in a lovely koi pond setting. Very clean and light place

Love their manicures and pedicures.always pop in there when I'm in Ubud. Very reasonable prices.

Lovely staff welcomed me with a tea and biscuit while I waited for the hairdresser. I got a haircut to clean up my dead ends but I think because he cut it dry and didn’t take enough length off, it feels almost the same as before.

Had the worst haircut of my life. No proper equipment, the barber was the rudest person I met in Bali. He cut one side of my hair and left the other un trimmed

Quite a pretty place, affordable price. My friend got foot massage and back massage, the therapists are senior, actually have the skills and strength. I had hair spa and foot massage, my hair spa was great, however my foot massage was terrible (this girl is very young compared to the other therapists, they need to train their younger staff) It felt like she was caressing my foot.

Very professional staff and well organised. My advice is to make sure you make a booking in advance.

Wonderful hair spa and facial. I had a hair cut at the top rated hair salon in Ubud (don’t any to name it) and my hair felt dry and scalp irritated. I went to Milano initially to wash my hair before getting on a plane, but because I had more time got a facial and the hair spa. Both the facial and hair spa were the best I have had in Bali. I have been back in Aus for over a week and people keep asking what I have done to my hair because it looks amazing. If I lived in Bali I would go back here regularly.

Can't say I was impressed. Guy rushed it, was impolite and the haircut doesn't look good. It's like they didn't even want us to be there

Operatornya not gave a good service saat di telpon, menanyakan apakah bisa booking untuk datang he hotel, utk Nail Polish, katanya bisa, oke good.setelah saya infokan untuk alamat hotel dan nama hotelnya katanya tidak tau, jadi tidakbtidak dteng, padahal hotelnya daerah Ubud juga, maybe mereka TDK mau melayani, its ok lah.trimakasih Milano Salon Ubud

Excellent Balinese massage. The massage room had a beautiful shower to use following the treatment.
