A surfer's haven. Awesome decor, a great communal area, and atmosphere, just minutes away from some of the best left-handers in the world! When we arrived Sole organized a scooter for us to hire for the week. We went for surf lessons every morning. Poor Muklis was out of action as he took a skateboard to the head unfortunately. This was no issue though! Pro coaches Daffa, Araman, and Sole were fantastic. These guys have endless energy, passion, and love for their job and bring all the good vibes and big smiles every day. We were very thankful to have their knowledge of some more unknown surf spots along the coast as it can get pretty busy at Medewi Point. My partner and I are beginner/intermediate surfers wanting to progress from longboarding to riding a shorter board. With the coaches setting us up with the best waves (and a big extra push on the take-off for me: P) we were able to practice carving, have way too much fun on some amazing waves, and achieve our goal! We did a video analysis after our session and were able to keep all of our videos.

We also really enjoyed the food here, the camp has a service where you can order really well-priced food from a local restaurant with no delivery fee.
Muklis and his family are incredibly welcoming and make the surf camp truly feel like a home away from home!
We made some great friends at great memories here and are already planning our trip to come back:)

This place deserves 10 stars. Cannot recommend it enough. The team have helped me become more confident in the water and cater for all stages of your surfing journey. The camp itself is one big community. I came here as a solo traveler for 3 nights and ended up staying 6 weeks, and will be coming back here as often as I can to see my Medewi family. Muklis is super accomodating and goooood vibes only! Yewwww

Muklis and the whole family have created a wonderful place. Good vibes only and perfect for anyone from first time on the board to intermediates who want to get better quickly. All while having lots of fun and sharing the beautiful place that Medewi is. Hope to come back soon Muklis

If you are looking to start surfing or improve your surfing, the Secret surf camp is your place. Muklis and his family have created super cozy and nice atmosphere. And let’s not forget about the surfing, you are learning from the best, yeew.

I've spend my first days ever on Bali end of April here. Muhklis and his family created from the first moment a really welcoming and comfortable stay. I was more a part of the family than simple a guest and been also invited to spent the Rahmadan celebration with them. It's the perfect place to progress your surfing. Medewi gives you the option to work on all your lacking skills. Muhklis helped me with personal coaching in the water and outside of the water with video analyses to improve my surfing in between a couple of days. It was the perfect start for my Indo adventure.

Best surf camp experience ever. The owner will take you to all the best surf breaks and even help you surf them. Bonus is he’s a pro. Highly recommend!

Really bad Attitude of the owner, he just want s to make money with tourists but he don't want them to surf "his" surf break. Get s angry in the water and show s no respect!

This place is really nice and mellow with great hosts! Muklis has good local knowledge of the area.

It was simple budget room with no hot water and no mosquito net at outside house good for guest who want to another adventure life. Place is near Medewi beach, almost surfer came in staying here.you can also have a room inside house. Do not worried about breakfast, you can order delicious breakfast, Mrs. Yanti is good chef and the Husband is good surfer too, nice family.

The best place in Medewi to stay for your holiday, this is the 3rd year myself and my family have stayed with the Anwar Family. The Anwars will take care of you during your stay Muklis will take you surfing and show the surf spots. Yanti makes delicious food to eat and mother of Muklis will always visit to massage if you wish the best massage lady in Medewi.

This place is so nice and comfortable. Good place to stay and very nice guy always take care of us. Everyone always smile, laughing and sharing information about surf together. This is the one of best place in my heart, will be back again soon.

We planned to stay just 1 night but the place is just breathtaking and muklis and his beautiful family are incredibly generous and kind, they have a beautiful home and it is a pleasure to have been able to share it with them for a couple days (we've been here 4 days and counting). They are also a huge part of the local community so you know you are in good hands. Great waves, great paradise lifestyle and living and if you are respectful the locals treat you really well straight away.
