Matsya tour is one of the best I ever had in any foreign country family tour. Mr. Hendra is top notch professional to manage tours. The real jewel was Mr. Agus Saputra, our guide cum chauffeur. Throughout our tour he never got late to reach our hotels. Always before time. He guided some best place to visit in town. Polite, helpful and always on sight while we are not in the car. Cleanest cars with packaged drinking water etc. Hope to visit again Bali and of course with Matsya & Mr. Agus Saputra. Highly recommended.

Me and 5 of my colleagues from Singapore went to Bali for 3 days. This is our first time visiting Bali. We hired a driver from Matsya Bali Tour to help us explore Bali. Our driver, Mr. Putu Leyonk was extremely helpful, honest and responsible. We went to many places in 2 days including Nusa Penida, Tanah Lot & Toya devasya hot springs. We even went for sunrise trekking at Mount Batur!

I hire Matsya bali tour for 5 days while holidaying with my family. My Driver/ tour guide Nata was very trustworthy, friendly and helpful during my travels. Would definitely use them again.

The tour was good with this company. Putu was great who picked us up from airport.
Made who took us around for 4 days was great and very kind. Except for his English and communication problems between us everything was perfect. He was very patient and understanding.
Only the nusa penida tour organized by them was worst.the boat company was horrible as well as the guide and tour in nusa penida was horrible. The guide was totally very irritating. Unsafe driving and smoking the whole time close to us. Was like a nightmare.
I advice you to book only bali tours with them and skip nusa penida tour with them.
The prices charged is very decent.

We hired a car with a driver for 12 hours (7AM to 7PM) from Ubud to Besakih temple, Pura Tirta Empul, Candi Tebing Gunung Kawi and Tanah Lot, and back to Ubud, for 890K. Putu was punctual and a very good driver, he made our day much easier and better. Would definitely recommend!

Matsya Bali Tour was the highlight of our trip. Hendra drove us around for several excursions. He is extremely professional and provided several local details of the area and culture. Hendra’s vehicle is immaculate and his driving was very efficient and safe. Hendra was very punctual and even brought us breakfast made by his mother for an early morning trip. Hendra’s prices are substantially less expense that every other local driver and guide. Even when Hendra was unable to drive, he provided another colleague who was just as professional. I strongly recommend Hendra for any tour or driving needs.
