Mixed stay at cockardland. The swimming pool is very beautiful and the areas are very well maintained. The hotel is very well located in Kuta, a real oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. But the bedroom is a bit of a different story. We opted for the cheapest one offered by the establishment, the first one smelled like sewage and was very dark. After leaving the air conditioning on for a few hours (the benefit of the doubt) we asked for a change. The reception did not seem surprised by this request and was almost accustomed to it. The second still just as dark but the smell a little less present (we had to close the bathroom door to no longer have it) was correct. The bedding is quite good, the room is clean, the floor is good and new. The only problem was that we found 2 ROACHES during our stay… the first alive in the bathroom and the second dead in the room on the third day of our stay. The staff seemed accustomed to this type of visitor and seemed to do nothing to improve the situation and prevent this from happening again. In fact, the shower drain being broken, the cockroaches come back up here.

Very nice pool area, great location in the middle of the main street and still quiet. The beds are comfy and AC works.

The wifi is annoying to connect to (you need to re-login manually (at least with iPhone) every time you did not use it for a few minutes).
Breakfast was good also but ends a bit early.

Hot water takes very long until it comes out but then it works (I thought first that it is broken)

I prefer traveling with three children and cost-effective accommodations!
The staff was friendly, and the pool was quiet, so we used it almost by ourselves! I didn't see Korean guests, so I felt more like a traveler.

What are the downsides and advantages? The child said it was difficult to fall asleep at night because of the loud club music, and I was at a club at heart

The bathroom exhaust fan in the room was too loud.

All else is satisfactory.

Lovely gardens. Room was clean but standard. Comfortable but probably want a suite with lounge area. Will come back.

Banyak fasilitas yang disediakan di hotel ini seperti:
- kolam renang
- pijat dan spa
- mini gym
- halaman yang sangat luas
- tanaman yang banyak sehingga jadi teduh suasananya

Selain itu lokasi sangat dekat dengan pusat kuta dan legian, kalau bosan tinggal keluar dari hotel

Sarapannnya tidak prasmanan tapi memilih menu yang disediakan dengan menu2 westtern, jadi buat orang indonesia yang hanya bisa makan nasi maka akan sedikit bingung hehe

Outdated rooms, found blood through our bedding and on the walls on day 1. We all woke up with bites all over us, the room was riddled with mosquitos and maybe bed bugs? We would ask for a bedding change and would still be waiting several hours later for service. Room service is only from 7.30-9pm. They have overcharged or double charged us on food and drinks, several times without us realising, then when we ask for an itemised invoice, they say they no longer have it on file. The fruit and water they give you at breakfast is not free - even though they don't ask you if you want it. We were woken around 6am every morning to them sweeping outside our bedroom and the bar at the front is so loud until quite late which can be heard from the rooms. The service is extremely lacking, having to request things several times and long waits. The pool gives a slimy feeling and the linen and towels have stains. Wouldn't recommend.

Nice and comfy place to stay with family or friends. They have everything for your comfortable stay. They provide a pool towel which is included in the price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was amazed by their breakfasts, they are just great, I recommend paying for breakfast when booking a hotel, it will be cheaper and you will not need to think every morning where to eat. They have breakfasts from 7: 30 to 10: 30 in the morning, which is very convenient schedule. The hotel has free parking for cars and scooters. The hotel also offers a transfer service from / to the airport, at a good price of 200k. It is also possible to book various tours, museums and other activities on the reception. Every day the room is cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed. Each room has a balcony or terrace with a table and two chairs. The hotel area is quite large and includes a swimming pool for adults and children, as well as a spa area. I recommend to consider this option to stay in Kuta Beach

Stunning oasis in the centre of Legian, staff are very accommodating and manager is awesome responding to customer needs.

From the street it looks derelict. 10 meters inside you enter a tropical paradise. Wonderful gardens, an excellent pool, super bungalows in traditional style, a first class breakfast. Thank you particularly to Ayu, charming always, smiling always. Perfect.

Best resort in Kuta and our large families number 1 pick! An absolute oasis with easy access to everything!

Temen saya salah parkir, yang menutup sebagian jalan depan bungalow, dan pihak hotel memasang gembok di roda mobil temen saya, dan minta uang 1juta rupiah. Bapak-bapak di resepsionis bilang kalo nilai 1jt adalah permintaan dari owner hotel. Iya tau temen saya salah, tapi minta ganti rugi 1juta karena salah parkir tuh ga masuk akal. Setelah negosiasi yang lama, berbelit dan terlihat bapak2 di resepsionis sengaja berlama-lama, dengan alasan kunci gembok dibawa oleh owner, akhirnya bapak-bapak resepsionis minta ganti rugi 100rb.
Lain kali minta ganti rugi yg masuk akal aja ya pak, biar cepet.

Im back again.and i just love this place. The breakfast, the service, the rooms, the pool, the gardens, the location. This has to be my favorite little gem in Bali. ️️

Very nice and expansive resort. Wide variety of rooms offered refurbished to a high level. Pool looks big and has a bar situated next to it
