Marbella Pool Suites Seminyak

The room was disgusting! The villa should be renovated, the pool is dirty, it was just horrible! Other than that, I was locked outside the main door because doorknob was broken, could not find any staff at villa around 1 hour, I have no choice I have to climb the wall get into the room, worst experience ever! Totally not suggest for vacation!

Very bad rooms. Totally need to undergo reno.booked and paid the 2 bedrooms with private pool to stay 2 nights, but left after 1

Great service, we stayed in a room with private pool. Overall a good experience. Rented a bike nearby and drove to the beach nearby. Good area to explore and you have the 24/7 shops around for any emergency requirements.

Bagus banget private poolnya. Ac dingin dan tidak ada sedikitpun debu dan cocok buat acara keluarga

Had visited this hotel a long time back.
Very nice hotel in extremely calm and peaceful location. Friendly staff with big rooms. Rooms are provided with private pool and utmost privacy is available for couples. Breakfast buffet is also good.

Verry bad hotel, the service is bad, the room was dirty, food no tasty at all. The only thing that was good was the proximity to the shops, beach and restaurants

Amazing. The pool suits were absolutely cool.stayed in room 106, it had a lovely door to swimming pool. Amazing staff, scrumptious food. Just an apt place spending whole day. Relaxed and absolutely fell in love this place.

The pool suites are the best. Staff were extra cordial.enjoyed the stay here.the welcome drink was the ultimate. Food was on the average side.i prefer beer bucket which was worthy.there are a few pic spots to take that perfect picture for your insta. The bath tub was clean and the suite was very well maintained. I find this property in budget. A memorable stay.

Awesome hotel. Seprate pool for each room. There are one room pool suit, two room and three room pool suit thats the specility of this hotel. Rooms are little bit you can say old type.

A great place to stay. Love the private pool & rooms. Friendly staffs & good food also. Quiet & privacy place. Best get away.

Don’t do it guys, we checked out, didn’t even last one night! Then they refused to refund us but thankfully Wotif got involved & got us a full refund after a few weeks. (The hotel tried to say we hadn’t even told them of any problems but thankfully I could prove they were lying!)

Smells like sewers, filthy, lizards and insects climbing the walls (even inside), trust me, it looks NOTHING like the photos

Hotel property is good and pleasant but only thing which they need to add is to add indian food in there menu as a lot of indian people are going to bali

Main pool was horrible. Was green and had fungus growing on the side. Villa pool was the same. Place not not well maintained. Breakfast very disappointing

We had booked a two bedroom suite with private pool. Too our fascination we were excited to stay but as we checked in our nightmare came to reality. Pool was dirty leaves, birds feathers dirt kept adding day by day in our 4 day stay. Room was ok and spacious but bathroom, no hot and valid water mixture, only pipping hot water to have bath, bathtub leaked big time. Water didn't even stay in the bathtub for 10 mins so what's the point of giving a bathtub. Housekeeping never changed our towels and when told to give fresh ones took ages to get the fresh ones. Bathrobes were not changed a single time in our 4 day stay. Both our and our friends rooms had similar problem. Think 110 times before you book. Not worth the stay.

Villa was not properly organised. Room keys were missing. If washroom gets locked from inside they don't have any key to open it. You have to jump the wall and open it. Breakfast was below average. Private pool can be more cleaner and they should have option to make pool water warm.

Very central, super friendly staff. Love this hotel, very luxurious with the amazing bathtub in the room. The staff helped us getting scooter and guided us

Cukup puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan, breakfastnya juga beragam setiap harinya, kamar juga di bersihkan setiap hari. Kolam renang juga bersih.

Rooms were big and good value, bed pillow comfort was average. Service overall was outstanding and very friendly!
