Thoroughly avoidable. Unless you like a poorly-run, understocked store with surprisingly rude staff. Worth a visit just for the amusement. But don't spend more than 5 minutes. Waste of your time ;-)

I was repair my iphone here and the service was good, they have a good staff and the technician working so well. My ip problem is fixed. So recommend and the price is cheapest than the other places

I moved to Bali 6.5 years ago and continued my career here as Dj. I use Serato on my Mac to Dj and all of my music files are there as well. I asked a friend of mine that had been living in Bali a while who he recommended to take my Mac to if I ever ran into any issues. He told me Anden at Maq House Bali is the only choice.

Shortly after, my Mac had some issues. I reached out to Anden via WhatsApp and he promptly returned my message. He invited me down to his shop and fixed the problem. He was kind and always gave me a really fair price. Sometimes he would even fix little things for a couple packs of Marlboro lights. Every time he fixed my computer he also would clean it so it was returned to me looking brand new.

There were a couple of times where I’d have issues with my MacBook after the store was already closed but I would need my computer to work that night. I’d reach out to Anden and he would always make a special arrangement to fix my problem to make sure I could Dj for my set.

I’m super grateful for the place and would not take my computer anywhere else.

I'm a regular customer. I kept returning to Maq House to repair several of my iphones.

The staff are knowledgeable. They may come across as unfriendly because they are focused to fix the problem that has been presented. Don't expect casual chats. They are there to fix and they do they work well.

I've expressed my interest to purchase iMac and macbook. Recently, I bought a macbook from them. The service has been excellent. They fix the 2nd hand laptop's teething issues while it was still under warranty.

I am very pleased with their service and would recommend Maq House to others.

All the people here talking about bad/dangerous service and saying the owner is mafia must have this shop confused with another! I have been living in Bali for 6 1/2 years and have been a customer at maq house bali for 5.

I am a DJ so my laptop is very important to me and my work, and the owner has saved me and my laptop on several occasions, working overtime to get the job done when necessary, and even offers a loaner laptop to his customers while he is working on their laptops because he cares about his customers and understands many people need their laptops for their work.

The owner Anden is a very kind and good family man. He is respectful, extremely knowledgeable and communicates excellently. In Bali it can be difficult to find good service, communication and prices but this shop has all of it.

Dangerous place! Really be careful. I went for a simple battery issue on my mac Mac Air. They guy spent about 8 hours taking every single part from my computer. He was telling me all the time, " Yes almost ready, then he said, yes sorry we are closing soon the shop, take your computer and come back tomorrow. " Lucky him, I was able to control myself. Computer now is just trash, MAFIA! Seems like they dont care about karma, also seems other costumers had same issue. Probably my fault being trusting my personal computer on them.

Quick service at reasonable price compared to other places near around. I would go back there without hesitating.

Totally suck and bad service ever. My iphone was operate well except the battery was drain, tech name Robby examine the cause and act like a smart guy and gave me all the promises that it can be fixed. Lot of thing he had been promised to call back, update me but NONE of it ever happened. After 3 months I had enough and he gave up without any regret n sorry. None! Now my iphone is totally a junk rubbish! Very irresponsible! No apologize nothing! No responsible at all by owner n especially technic name robby. They opened up all the phone n left it like junk. DONT TRUST THIS STORE! Rubbish!
