We were unfortunately very disappointed by our stay here. The photos of the room we booked were not the same as the one online. The pool also looked nothing like the photos and seemed so dirty I didn’t wanna go in. The room was not very clean especially the bathroom. It was extremely moldy in the shower and look as if it had never been clean. The bathroom smelt so awful I didn’t even want to use it. The house keeping wasn’t very good and we ran out of toilet and they never stocked it. However, the front desk staff was nice. Would not stay here again.

Cukup bagus dengan harga diawah 300K, kebersihan kamar detaial cleaningnya harus ditingkatkan, staffnya ramah, tapi kenapa sale kamarnya tidak include brakfast?

The service was great but the staff need learn more English, so the communication would be better. The price was pretty good but the rooms are not like the pictures. They are so much old. It wasn’t clean good neither. It is obvious that they haven’t done a deep cleaning for a long time. I am talking about walls, windows, bathroom and its tiles as well as the toilet itself. There was no hand towel or soap either. If they improve this it would be much better.

Kamar nya rekomen bangetsih, bagus dan murah untuk ukuran kamar dengan ruang tamu, pelayanan juga baik banget. Ramah senyum juga setiap hari dibersihin. Pokonya kalo ke Bali ini enak banget buat nginep.

Minus nya emang lokasi agak jauh, tapi buat ku lokasi seperti ini yang bagus. Sejuk dan tidak bissing krn nggk deket jalan raya

SANGAT 0, dari semua aspek sangat mengecewakan, stay untuk nyepi 3 hari 2 malam. Sampai tidak bisa berkata2 saking zonknya. Makanan ala carte tidak ada, keset kamar tidak ada, sabun cuci perabotan tdk ada, lantai kotor, tv awal masuk tidak bisa digunakan, bisa diperbaiki tapi lama sampai 3-4jam stlh checkin baru diperbaiki.tidak ada alat masak sama sekali tapi tersedia dapur, minta teflon dari siang, malam diminta lagi baru dikasih. Breakfast hanya roti tawar, telur dan selai, tidak ada pilihan makanan lain padahal kita stay untuk nyepi.lampu beberapa rusak, pelayanan lambat, minta apa2 sangat slow respon.

My parents stayed here for month. For the price, this place is down right amazing. The rooms were cleaned every day. Great pool with a decent city view. Hot water. Very Accommodating.

Worst place I've ever stayed in my entire life. Dirty room, completely different from the pictures shown. Degraded.it puts basic hygiene concepts at risk. Insects fell on top of me and my bed, lizards, worms, giant cockroaches… Water and humidity dripping down the walls of the room.terrible. I booked to spend my birthday and New Year's Eve and the place completely ruined my trip. I couldn't stand it and left the place even though I had already paid in full. The two nights out of five that I spent here, I couldn't sleep because of the number of insects and the lack of conditions. I don't understand how a place like this is available on a site like booking. I've been in Bali for 3 months and I've never stayed in a place like this. I don't recommend it to anyone because it completely ruined my trip, which turned from being a special trip to the worst nightmare I've ever lived because of this place.

Yg bagus disini hanya air panas, dan receptionist pagi hari, serta ada balcon ddpn kmr, selebihnya tidak rekomen.

Bnyak bgt kekurangan villa ini, kotor bgt dr tangga baru masuk, kunci pintu rusak, ruangan bau, dipinggir kolam bnyak sampah tisu bekas, putung rokok bnyak bgt, poolnya kotor bgt, wifi mati2an bgtu juga tvnya, selang toilet di bwah tngga bocor jadi genangan air, gak worth sma hrganya,

Very recommended hotel with reasonable price. Stayed here for 2 nights. The room (Villa) is so spacious. Livingroom, kitchen & swimming pool are on 1st floor. 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor, each has own bathroom. There's also a large balcony. It's near to Udayana University.

First, the owner and staff is very considerate and friendly. Service is ultimate what makes your stay of course. The panoramic room has a beautiful view over Nusa Dua and with a kitchen for a very great price.

Location is on a quiet road, yet close enough to the beach or near roads that can bring you to the rest of Bali.

Tempat Dekat dari kota, memiliki kamar yang nyaman, bersih, kolam renang cocok untuk keluarga, view dari rooftop cukup indah.

This place has Two Villa with private pool (others are normal rooms) that can accommodate a family, parking lot is below the family room (1st floor) and has 2 identical bedroom on 2nd floor and balcony to enjoy the scenery.

If you come with family this the place that highly recommended plus the hospitality of New Management feel you want to back here again.

Location is besides Udayana University and main road of Bypass Ngurah Rai, not to mention food around this area KFC and McDonald plus local food.
