It's usually difficult to find a rental scooter with a straight steering but the scooters at Mandala are great.

I rented a scooter for two months and they picked up the scooter at the end of the first month for cleaning and check-up. The scooter had a small issue and they got it repaired in the same day - got a replacement during this time.
The new scooters are keyless and don't have a manual kickstarter, so make sure you turn it off properly. Forgot to turn it off twice and every time Budi was straight away there with the mechanic to help.
Dewi and her team are really great people. Cannot recommend Mandala enough!
