Amazing restaurant within the beautiful Hotel Indigo @hotelindigobali! Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beverages, juices, and great coffee. The food is incredible and very ruch, they serve southeast asian dishes which is delightful, staff are exceptional, so friendly and accomodating. ️️️️

Hotel restaurant, but you can do walk in. We went for breakfast and it was fabulous. We double order, and I’m glad we did as the pancake stack is quite small, so I also had the bread basket and now I’m stuffed for the day. Totally worth it. Blissful fresh squeezed orange juice too. Great service, very friendly and helpful.

Excellent food. Wonderful atmosphere. Service when eating near the Tree Bar was just okay which was surprising for Bali. Servers seemed to spend more time talking to each other at the bar instead of checking on guests. Had to get up and go find our servers to get drink refills. Also at the end of one meal I was asked about another round of drinks and said no and that we were done. Waiter was pushy and tried to get us to buy more. I don’t like having to say no multiple times in that situation. Reminded me of dealing with people trying to sell you paintings and jewelry on the beach. Not cool at a five star hotel restaurant. Food was so good that I would go back though.

It’s my first time in Bali, Indonesia and we stayed at the astounding Hotel Indigo Seminyak which houses the Makasse Restaurant. We stayed for a week and it included daily breakfast & dinner at Makasse. For dinner, your food is made fresh upon order. I tried a variety of different dishes here and I was not disappointed by one. The menu had milkshakes and I was excited to order a strawberry milkshake as my dessert that particular evening, but the Indonesian milkshake was not what we Americans are used to, it tasted like strawberry Yoo-Hoo syrup in a glass of milk with ice cubes, I did not drink it but quickly realized that it just means a different style drink here in Bali. The menu choices are not vast but provides enough variety. The chicken fried rice became my favorite. The Oolong tea presentation was super cute and the tea tasted great. Breakfast daily is buffet style and I was in awe to see so many non-traditional (for Americans) breakfast foods presented, such as rice and grace pastas, noodles, etc. I overly enjoyed my stay and the many Indonesian style dishes that were afforded at Makasse. The customer service was excellent as well.

Awesome service. Amazing ambience. Our host Dika was amazing. Explained everything about the Kiwi wine and where in New Zealand it comes from. We ordered Lamb kofte that was delicious. My gf ordered the chicken noodles (Mie Goreng) which was amazing. Portion of the noodles were huge and flavourful. I ordered from the Remadan menu the Biryani, lets just say was OK. But this came with complementary sweet refreshing starter (forgot the name), this was really really good!

The restaurat offers international and local cuisine. Food is very tasty and I found that local cuisine is more strength. The place is beautiful in the night. Staffs are extraordinary kind.

We went there for the breakfast buffet. Beyond amazing! Other than the buffet you can order costumed eggs and french toast and other dishes. However i tried their lunch/dinner menu and it was a little disappointing. Their pizza was not it! And i order fried chicken and i’m not sure what part of the chicken they used but it was VERY pink on the inside. I didn’t eat it to avoid any poisoning. I recommend the breakfast & not the other menu

This is our return stay after Jan 2020 and after 4 full days of early tour departures, we have a rest day and decided to have their buffet breakfast. The staffs are all super welcoming and always attentive to our needs and wants. The buffet spread is back pre-covid and vety high level of taste and variety. Thanks to all staffs for making our breakfast memorable and we will back tomorrow on our last day in Bali!

Nice and relaxed atmosphere. One of the only places on Bali where you can sit without getting bitten by mosquitos and without hearing motorbikes
Staff is friendly and food is good. Cocktails a bit overpriced but nice.

One of the warmest crew in this hotel are at the Makase and pools around the restaurant.
Customise dishes to your diet. Theme dinner and great hospitality abound.

Great.great.food, first time to visit and we love it. The restaurant was beautiful and staff are so attentive Highly reccomended!
