The convenient location in the heart of Seminyak makes it easily accessible when I needed urgent medical care. The on-call service to my villa by Dr. Indra was a lifesaver!

The personal in the clinic were very professional and caring. They provided a treatment very fast.

Very clean place. Staff and doctor were very professional! Had some issue with my ear after trying surfing and doctor is able to identify and do treatment! Turns out to be ear infection, got some ear antibiotics drop and feeling much better! Insurance is claimable, Recommended for tourist!

The best service I received in a while. Got really sick and dehydrated with acid reflux and the team couldn't have done a better job helping me by giving me medication and a iv drip. I'll never forget the bedside service as it was one of the best.

My son (18) got severely sick with gastro. After 2 days, I could not transport him, so the team came to our villa (nurse & doctor).
He was put on an IV drip and further analysis to determine precisely what was affecting him. The team arrived fast and stayed for 2 hours with our son. After treatment, he improved rapidly and was given medication and fully recovered. We felt safe and supported during treatment and aftewards with ongoing enquiries from them on how my son was.
I feel it was 5 star treatment and would recommend this practice to anyone falling ill or injured while in Bali.

My son had a sore ear while on Holiday, I let the staff at the Hotel know and the doctor was there within half an hour, checked his ear thoroughly we got some drops to sort it.

Amazing medical service and team. I had a serious ear infection from surfing, walked in at 6: 30 am and was treated right away. They said I needed a hospital and arranged an appointment with a specialist for that afternoon. They communicated with me all day and even asked how the appointment went. They managed to get me to the top ear specialist in Bali and he has fixed an issue I have had with my “surfers” ear for ever. Outstanding service -don’t go anywhere else

5 stars for my treatment and 3 stars for their offer a subsequent day for routine testing

I turned up having had a high temperature and fever - was quickly examined and bloods taken. Treatment was rapid and very professional and friendly. Price was high but it is expected for ex-pats

They won't investigate direct billing so you pay them and have to reclaim

The testing enquiry was just routine and were asking about USD 45 for cholesterol blood test - about 4x UAE price. Sadly exploitive on that count.

Everyone at this clinic were friendly and thorough with great communication skills. I felt very welcomed and safe in their care. After my visit with them, they contacted me through whatsapp to see how I was going. I love their communication through whatsapp as I was also able to contact them for other little health issues I had after my visit to Maha.

I had food poisoning and the doctor was very prompt and rushed back to the clinic to see me after his house visit. I only waited for 15mins and I was attended by the doctor.

The doctor was prompt to assure me it was just a normal case of food poisoning and prescribed me medication that I could take as I have allergies and was unable to just take the usual charcoal pills.

The staff also continued to follow up with me via WhatsApp the next couple of days to ensure my symptoms were getting better - a service I totally did not expect but pleasantly surprised with.

Really glad to have found this clean and awesome clinic in Bali. Would recommend if you are looking for reliable medical treatment in seminyak area.

This medical team was so responsive and attentive. They arrived very quickly to our Villa and treated us with what we needed when we suddenly got sick in Bali.
They spoke good English and understood what medications we required. They replied to our messages in an instant and provided us with all the appropriate reports we required for our insurance. They also followed up checking in on us the following day. Can highly recommend. Thank you for your care.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a nasty gastroenteritis from a bacteria and the doctor suggested an IV and a cycle of 3 days antibiotics. I felt better the next day and it was cleared in the following 3 days. If you are sick, go there. It might be on the expensive side, I paid £245 for both but trust me you don’t want to wait for a doct opinion if things are not getting better on their own.

Had been struggling with a terrible stomach for over a week before losing hope it would “run its course” so I went to Maha.

I’m so glad I did. The staff and doctors are super friendly and reassuring. I was tested and given an IV drip and the relevant medicine I needed to help treat dehydration and a suspected parasite.

I don’t know how it compares to other clinics price wise but in terms of being seen the same day I whatsapped them, I’m really happy with the treatment and support I swiftly received.

I would highly recommend Maha Medicare for medical care in Bali - both the admin and doctors were fast, efficient, friendly, and made me feel comfortable that I was getting the appropriate treatment. They were extremely responsive even in the early hours of the morning, and arrived at my villa promptly - I was so impressed.
