Aku coba Facial di tempat ini pulang kantor.karena kebetulan tempat facial langgananku penuh.

Dan Facial Biokos disini sangatlah FAIL.
Mungkin aku kesini pas dapet hari sial kali ya.jadi aku dapet terapis yang ga tau gimana facial treathment.sebagai orang yang udah sering facial biokos daerah kuta.

1. Cara pijet sebelah ke arah atas sebelah kanan muka di pijat ke arah bawah.ini aku udah mau nangis sumpah.

2. Cara bersihin sama sekali "GA BERSIH" dia ga bersihin area batang hidung dan piltrum sama sekali.

3.urutan facial amburadul.aku di PIJAT MENGGUNAKAN BAHAN MASKERRR! Whattt? ! Di mana bahan masker itu sangat lengket! Dann di pijet sampe kering di muka

4. Setelah itu waktu uap.wkwkwkw jni paling kocakkkk.abis di pijat pake masker.trus di maskerin lagi abis itu di UAP!? Di uapnya bentar banget cuman 30-40 DETIK. (Karena aku sepanjang facial bener bener liat HP jadi tau berapa lama aku di uap dll)

5. Setelah di uap trus aku di kasi exfoliator. (aku tau.karena bau exfoliator itu khas dan ada sedirik sensasi dingin)

6. Abis di exoliasi aku di masker pake bahan yang cair seperti masker bedak.

Setelah itu. BELOM KERING UDAH DI BERSIHINNN? !? Alhasil ga bersih.mukaku masi berasa kaku dan berdebu.

7. Setelah di sedikit bersihhhhh? ! Lalu muka ku yang udah kering kaku karena masker bedak. MAU DI SEDIT PAKE VACUM KOMEDOOO!? Wkwkwkwkkwwk bayangin sakitnya.wkwkwkkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwk

Trus aku bilang "MAS KAYAKNYA DARI TADI URUTANNYA SALAH DEH. "

Tau ga terapisnya jawab apa?
"IA. "

Whatttt? Lu tau salah? Lu lanjutin?
Sumpah tadinya kesel banget.malah jadi ketawaa sangking ga bisa ngomong apa apa.

Abis itu dia mau extraksi komedo pake alat pencetan komedo dan jerawat.langsung aku bilang.

"Mas bagian yang ini ga usah.ga usah. "
Ini emang udah selesai?

Kata terapisnya "ia ini udah terakhir. "

Wkwkwkwkwk sesi terakhirnya itu pencetin komedo pas muka lagi kering banget!?
Haduhhh bener bener deh.pengalaman ter fail facial sepanjang masa.

Amazing foot and aloe back massage! 350,000 idr for both me and my partner for an hour. Worth every cent and I will be back again

Partner and I chose this place because it looked so elegant from outside. Inside the empty spa - the receptionist/owner gave us the massage menu - I opted for the shoulder and scalp massage - to which the lady attempted to persuade me to change my mind to foot massage. I insisted on doing the shoulder and scalp - only to be met with resistance and reluctance - telling me it involved washing my hair to which I had no issues with but they continued to display reluctance to go ahead. My partner said just do a foot massage. And here is when it went downhill. The lady who came to wash my feet was clearly unwell and constantly coughing which made us feel very uneasy-thankfully the massage therapist was a different person. We asked to cut the massage short at roughly 15mins (asked to make it 30mins as we felt bad) instead of 1hr as it wasn't relaxing at all to hear the coughing continuing in the spa but we were informed since they've written the bill for 1hr each it needed to be paid as 1hr each. Only too happy to pay the extra high massage rate to not be exposed to someone consistently coughing. Wouldn't recommend the service or disregard in today's climate for an unwell staff member.

Great experience with nails and massage went back two times in 24 hours. Lovey staff, very attentive

Less than 24 hours since I’ve gotten my nails done; 3 nails have chipped. Air pockets and uneven texture on most nails. My daughter also got a shellac manicure and one nail the polish came completely off in 12 hours.

My husband got a foot and shoulder massage and he loved it. The employees were really nice and it was clean.

Friendly staff masseuse. Nice ambience. Feel that the masseuse was too tired or inexperience. Was charge additional 3% for using credit card. Feel that the vendor should absorb the charges by the bank instead of asking customer to pay for it. Won't be going back for sure.

Decor and atmosphere is misleading. Looks like a clean and professional establishment but it’s far from it. Do NOT get any manicure pedicure treatment here. The work is done by boys who never in life have had a manicure done. I am not against male personal at all, but I prefer when they are trained and know what they are doing to customers. Their methods are not professional and the files and utensils they use are from the last decade and I doubt that they are being disinfected. I started a manicure there but asked them to stop midway. My nails still hurt from the surface being filed to heavily and my cuticles are all irritated.

Only thing I didn’t like was that the tax wasn’t included in the price and there’s a camera in the spa where you’re almost naked

Here we found the beautiful spa and salon.
We had best experience ever.love the staffs and their treatments.

Polite staff, but it's really uncomfortable and off-putting when the staff are joking with each other and making faces, chatting etc. Not a really relaxing experience considering the price, you would expect more of a professional service. I ended up cutting it short and leaving, I don't know if it was a personal joke or what but it was very uncomfortable.

The place is very clean and the staff very friendly and professional. Totally recommend this spa!

Throughout the few days that I've spent in Bali, this is actually the worst experience ever. The beautician kept making noises while she was doing the massage. She even gave me some bruises after strong pressure won't thinking abt coming back again. The 10% discount is based on the fact that u have to like their facebook page

Very good massage for a reasonable price.there might be cheaper places but the massage was very good.the venue is new and clean and has a nice interior.

Pretty good back massage and reasonable price.
Sent a male masseuse though, even though we requested for a female. Had to request for a change.
