My fiancée and I first got in touch with Ria at the end of 2021 to explore options for a destination wedding in Bali. We immediately found her extremely impressive and professional. We chose and booked our venue - the beautiful Villa Bayuh Sabbha - while Bali was still closed to tourists due to the pandemic. We were therefore unable to visit before committing but we had full confidence in Ria and were happy to take her recommendation. When we eventually made it to Bali in April 2022 we could not have been happier with the choice.

We visited Bali twice, once in April and once in October, and met with Ria both times. The second time we were also introduced to Klaudia, who became our main point person in the run up to the wedding and was primarily responsible for running the operation on the day. Like Ria, she immediately filled us with confidence. In the run up to the wedding she was highly responsive and every time a question or a concern arose it was very quickly addressed. This made the run up to the wedding smooth and (relatively!) stress free.

The wedding itself was incredible; it surpassed our expectations in every way (decorations, food, cocktails, make up, staff etc etc). It was clear to us that LWI only work with the best suppliers in Bali. We knew everything was well under control because of the meticulous planning and the meetings in the build up to wedding day, but the execution was perfect. This meant that my fiancée and I were both able to relax and fully enjoy ourselves on the day.

The number of different staff and vendors behind the Luxury Weddings Bali package was quite mind blowing but we only dealt with Ria and Klaudia, who seamlessly managed everything behind the scenes.

Wedding at Bayuh Sabbha, 29 December 2022

We planned a wedding through them during COVID and were worried we wouldn’t be able to even have our wedding. Ria was highly communicative throughout the whole process and making sure we knew the ever changing processes with Bali’s travel restrictions. Even one month before the processes were changing and Ria was clear on what was happening. This made planning a destination wedding (we’re in the US) for 50 people where we never even visited the venue or tested the vendors much more manageable.

The result was what most of our wedding guests called the best wedding that they’ve ever been to. Ria and team more than knocked it out of the park. From the venue, the service, the catering, photographers, everything just worked seamlessly and smoothly. The food from Bali Miracle was the best wedding food we’ve and most of our guests ever had. The fire dancers were amazing and Ria had made the call to pick a new vendor that blew our guests minds. People might have been dancing on the tables if not for the ornate decor that Ria had helped us set up. The cake was also extremely intricate as well. Ria even helped my wife arrange activities the day before and after the wedding.

We joke but we might have to do this again every 10 years for vow renewals because it was the experience of a lifetime.

Ria and her team are simply incredible. My husband and I were planning our wedding during COVID from the United States. Due to the quarantine requirements and our work schedules, we were unable to go to Bali prior to the wedding itself. So we were just hoping and praying that things actually would turn out to be what they looked like online as well as placing a lot of trust into Ria and her suggested vendors. I loved every single one of our vendors, they were fantastic to work with. Ria knew what kind of vibe we were going for and suggested appropriate vendors that would help make our wedding more us - she even found us non-traditional fire dancers and we LOVED THEM. Also I jumped into the pool at the end of the night and my make up was still flawless. Just speaks to the amazing vendors Ria has connections with.

Ria was immensely attentive. Every single question I had, she would always respond in a timely fashion. Every request I had, she would take into account. I sent her photos of what I wanted from the ceremony and my wedding cake and she delivered exactly what I sent her, no questions asked. Our wedding was beyond our wildest imaginations! When I chat with our friends who got married in the states, they were surprised by how attentive and responsive Ria and her team were to each of our requests. Every time I asked for a meeting, she was happy to schedule one to answer my plethora of questions.

No detail is too much. The day before the wedding began, I asked to get leis and printed agendas to welcome the guests to the hotel and LWI made it happen! It was such an amazing little detail that so many people commented on when we saw them.

Lastly, I'm sad that I won't be able to work with Ria anymore.) : After a year and a half of constant calls, texts, and finally an in person meeting, Ria became like my wedding confidant and friend! I'm sad we cannot work on more elaborate events together as my wedding is over. If there is a wedding planner I would pick over and over again, it would be LWI. I secretly hope that one of my friends get married in Bali, so I can re-live the moments as a wedding guest. If they do, I'm 1000000% recommending Ria and her LWI team.

LWI successfully held my wedding in Six Senses Uluwatu Bali in such an elegant and professional way. Everything went above our expectation.
Since the first day we signed the contract, LWI had been closely monitored every single thing and made sure that everything was delivered correctly on the big day. Our wedding got postponed for almost a year due to the pandemic, but it did not matter at all, because LWI kept on monitoring everything for us.
I cannot forget how Ria, Ari, Kanya, Richard, Ester, Tristan, Hening, Petto, Wiefa, and the rest of the team worked closely with us, our families and friends, making sure that all our needs were fulfilled. My wife is so flattered with how Ester helped her with all her needs during her preparation up until all the event finished after midnight.
We also felt touch by how Ari maintaining all the communications with us, listening to every single concern we had.
All the other vendors that LWI recommended for us were also performing very well.

If you have a meeting with Ria, no need to consider further, just sign the agreement right away, you are on the right path.

Planning a wedding is inevitably full of surprises. For us, the big surprise was the unfolding of the global COVID19 pandemic. Having one of the last weddings in Bali before everything shut down for quarantine, we had vendors cancel last minute, an ever-shifting guest list, and many questions about what we should and could do. A special shoutout to the personal assistants assigned to my wife and I, both whom were an absolute blast and amazing help - I honestly thought a wedding day personal assistant would be over kill, but it was absolutely crucial to my sanity and ability to manage the day. Ria and her team were very professional (above expectations) on the actual day of the wedding, everything was bang on time, our guests were extremely impressed and said its one of the best weddings they had ever attended, apparently we set a very high benchmark. My husband and my assistants were the perfect "butler", extremely detailed and also observant we felt like stars, they kept a lookout for everything including our phones and handed us water (even with a straw) now and then. Overall a great experience, unfortunately it only happens once in a lifetime!
