Great experience. The girls are all lovely and the whole process was seamless and my hair was smooth! Very comfortable in the salon - everyone so friendly.

Received a full head of keratin bond hair extensions yesterday with Rochelle, the colour match was incredible she toned the blonde extensions perfectly to my hair and it was 1/3rd of the price to Australian prices. Her knowledge and experience with blondes made me feel so confident and comfortable visiting her salon - they also do an amazing head massage and blow dry!

ROCHELLE IS A WIZARD! She transformed my hair back into the bright blonde I needed, and she's such a warm human to be around. I'm so happy I found her, if only I could stick Luxe in my suitcase.

This is my third visit to Rochelle and the girls at Luxe hair for keratin straightening. I went in with horrible thick dry hair and came out a new woman. Rochelle is fast and her work is top quality. Australian hairdresser living in Bali for the past 12 years so you get the best of both worlds knowledge wise from Rochelle.

Went to Rochelle and the girls at Luxe today. I had a half head of blonde foils, toner, cut and blow dry and my partner had her a Keratin Smoothing treatment plus cut and blow dry.

Such a great experience and lovely staff, i got a whole head of foils and it turned out amazing so i definitely recommend.the owner was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable, also texted me everything to look after my hair when i’m home. 10/10 it was clean, comfortable and everyone was so kind!

Got a hair cut, pedicure and leg wax here. What I liked was there was no up selling for products and services I didn't want/ need, and saw that the owner does this for everyone. I was in there a while and was very impressed with the styling done for people going to weddings etc. More expensive than some places but would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend booking in at Luxe to see Rochelle work her magic!

After spending 9 days in Bali, in the sweltering heat, engaging in activities which involved getting covered in mud from head to toe, dipping in and out of pools, with no hair product and no hair straightener, I was kind of embarrassed to walk into Luxe. My hair looked like a wig from the era of the merry monarch (albeit minus the rats, fleas and lice). Fast forward 3 hours later and damn. My hair has never looked or felt so good
Rochelle and her amazing girls didn’t balk (well they might have had an inward cringe) at the task, but achieved the impossible.
Could not fault anything about my experience there. Rochelle was very welcoming and honest about the best way forward (did not involve clippers) and her beautiful team were very attentative. Walking out of the salon I felt like my hair (and only my hair) could walk the catwalk!
Luxe hair is definitely one of the best hair experiences that I have had and would not recommend anywhere else.

I've been there one week ago for a lot of blonde highlights/transformation and usually I am not really writing reviews, but this time I just have to do it. It's quite pricey, I'm not going to hide this fact (I think it would have cost me around the same in London), but:
- This was the very first time in my life that the hairdresser took into account that the bleach on the lower part of the hair has been in there for longer already when finishing the top part and therefore the lower part was washed out separately, followed by the top part later on. This might sound minor, but especially with going blond it was a crucial fact for me and I was more than happy seeing a hairdresser taken this into account in order to avoid different shades.
- Given my destroyed hair (I dyed it very dark and had the colour chemically removed later on by myself at home, resulting in red-ish top hair and ash brown-ish lengths), the result was stunning and worth every single IDR.
Still getting used to the transformation back in the city, but loving it and would definitely recommend the saloon for colouring in particular.

Professional service, great prices & I felt in very safe hands in this Australian owned establishment. Would definitely recommend Rochelle & her fabulous team

Ladies were lovely. They fit us in super quick which was great. I felt pricing was a bit high for Bali. I understand they use quality products as my hair felt & looked great, but it costed $100 AUD for wash, regrowth tint, blow dry & trim straight across (no layers or style). I should have asked for cost upfront and would really appreciate a price list available on their website or FB page. The blow dry wasn’t as great as back home, it was just dried with a normal brush and then the GHD was ran over it.

I love the hair cut.esp she did it the way i told her.and even the owner is am amazing person.but price was not soo cheap kinda reasonable.
