Lushy Hostel - Nusa Penida

Nice hostel, pool and beach, nice beds, cool room temperature and free water. The people were helpful and the location was ok!
I don’t like it that they ask for 10/10 reviews and renting a towel was a little too expensive.

This new hostel is worth it.
The +: Charm of the place, swimming pool on the beach, mattresses, beanbags, deckchairs, etc.
The dormitories are very decent, large mattress and enough space to store your belongings in crates.
Curtains hide each bed well.

Great catering service! From breakfast to dinner, the meals are really good and the prices affordable!
Drinking water bottle available.

The -: The showers don't have much pressure but it does the job.

However, the air conditioning is not adjustable because there is no remote control. It's a little cool in there.

It's impossible to swim in the sea opposite, there are lots of large pieces of wood stuck in the sand, very dangerous!

You really don't smell the alcohol in the cocktails (but I think it's the same everywhere)

They rent scooters but a little expensive 150,000 per day you can find cheaper nearby.

The rooms of this hostel are maybe the best of I've ever stayed in! The bathrooms are small, but not as bad as some other reviews claim. The location is also fantastic. It felt very safe, the staff cleaned constantly and the service was extremely friendly.

This hostel is AWESOME!
The people working there are so enthusiastic and nice. Just positive vibes everywhere. Big thank you to the whole team, you guys are great! Especially Roberto - really cool guy (should definitely get a raise: p). The beds have plenty of space & it was so easy to connect with everyone else staying at the hostel.
Also, it was really clean everywhere and the staff is helping you with booking adventures or transportation.
I'd totally recommend staying here!

Good place to pass by. Young environment and loud techno music. Perfect for young western travellers not seeking to meet locals.
Towels need to be rented: 20.000 rp
They have a pool and despite bedrooms have no windows the beds are big and high enough to half stand up and sleep pretty well

The hostels location is convenient as it is a 20 minute walk to the harbour. However, as the heat is intense, most people just get a cab when they arrive at a cost of 100,000 for 5 mins. This island is not cheap and this is the going rate.
The hostel itself is modern and quite clean but it really wasn't the vibe for me. It is a party hostel and they play loud music all evening so don't stay here if you want to sleep early. To be fair, they were respectful of quiet past 11 and there were signs everywhere and a security guard. The beach front location is lovely and there are plenty of beanbags to go around. The rooms were really good and the beds were large and comfortable!
You can rent a motorbike for a reasonable price and get around the island. Overall I do recommend this hostel to a sociable traveller but definitely not to someone who is looking for peaceful island life.

Only 6 weeks open, will be a very populair hostel. Is already. Very very clean bathrooms, toilets. Friendly staff, well trained. Swimming pool at the beach, large beds, security day and night. Great place to meet people, relax, dive, exploring the island etc etc etc. Suksema staff!

Very nice hostel, the cabins are very cozy and clean. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Standardort top. Party gab es (noch) nicht, kommt wahrscheinlich noch, da es erst geöffnet hat. Die Toiletten sind leider sehr klein, man hat dort kaum Platz. Der Service ist top und die Mitarbeiter, sowie der Manager sehr freundlich.

I was the 3rd ever guest to arrive at Lushy Hostel in Nusa Penida and I could not have had a warmer welcome The hostel was super clean, you see the cleaners working so hard the entire day and night! You get a curtain at your bed and they are super spacious and comfortable. The reception staff will help you with anything and are so friendly. On top of everything else, the location is just beautiful, right on the beach with beanbags and sun beds to watch the sunset and a beautiful pool area overlooking the beach. I couldn’t recommend here enough
