Lumbung Sari

The pool was dirty and a piece of glass went into my foot when walking by the pool. The location is not ideal. The rooms had lots of holes in the walls so bugs can easily get in at night. We left early.

A great place, very clean, the pool is super warm all the time. The rooms look nice and the location is close to Uluwatu. Highly recommend

We stayed here for nearly 4 weeks when we were in Bali. The hotel is beautiful and the area is nice and quiet.

My favourite part of the stay was being able to step into the pool after a long, hot day exploring the area.

With so many beaches to visit all over the Bukit Peninsula in Bali this central location was perfect for visiting them all.

The only downside was that there isn’t too much within walking distance of the hotel, but that’s easily remedied with renting a scooter (which is possible to do with the hotel) or by using an app such as Gojek to call a taxi.

I would highly recommend staying at Lumbung Sari for an affordable stay, good Wifi, excellent beaches nearby and very helpful and kind staff who always made us feel at home.

Stunning property, looks as good in real life as it does in the photos. The WiFi is strong. The little shared kitchen is great. Close to some gorgeous clean coffee shops, including Annabelle’s, Andes and Ituaja coffee. 20 mins from Uluwatu temple and Bingin beach. Plenty of beautiful beaches near by with cool beach clubs. Good gyms. Good sized pool.

The Dianna and Maid were very attentive and always on hand if we needed them.

P.s get ready for some loud funny Geckos noises if you’re planning to stay.

My opinion is not about the facilities since I have not been able to check them. My review is about human treatment when 20 days after having to stay at this hotel we inform you that for personal and family reasons due to health issues we will not be able to go to Bali and stay at your hotel…

We told them that we wanted to cancel the reservation and that due to the inconvenience caused, it was not necessary for them to refund us the full amount paid but rather half since they could rent those rooms to other guests…

The answer in any case is always negative and they do not offer a solution.it does not seem that it is going to be a problem of conscience for whoever deals with the reservations.

If I could finally go to Bali I wouldn't stay in a place where rules come before morality.

Cozy cottages in a small park. The air con worked well and the cottage was clean and tidy.

The huts are noisy, where you regularly wake up at night from barking stray dogs.

The pool was clean, but there are very few sunbeds and the woodwork could do with a facelift. There is also a handrail missing at one of the stairs to the pool, which looks quite dangerous.

It was a beautiful experience. Quiet location away from the chaos, the very kind staff gave us to rent the scooter to be able to move independently. Although there is no breakfast, we found some nice places moving around with the scooter. In a short time you can reach all major attractions in the area. I would love to stay there again, the room is surrounded by nature and it's a pleasure to fall asleep and wake up with its sounds. Clean room. Advised!

Good cottage like hotel in Uluwatu area. A bit outdated though. Nice swimming pool. Need your own transport to go around. The road to hotel quite narrow and no street lamp and it gets very dark at night.

Nice hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is nice but not very present. Also location is in a calm area, although there was a construction site near and you need a scooter/ car to get anywhere. Note that they also don't have any breakfast available, but there is a common kitchen and a fridge in the room so you can easily cook.

Nice place to stay, friendly host. Rooms are clean and big enough. The only downside is that there is no restaurant. Also you do need a scooter to get somewhere.

A coffee plantation with an animal « Luwak » (Civet coffee)

A staff came to welcome us when we parked the car. Then, she showed is many plants they used for making coffee such as cinnamon, roselle, ginger, butteefly pea, etc.

And of course, we saw Luwak. Very cute but the staff said they are agressive. Do not touch or get closer.

Then, she explained the process of making a luwak coffee.

After that we sat on a table. She presented a set of small cups to taste every kind of coffee they have in the menu. Some are good like avocado coffee and coconut coffee.

Not sure about Luwak coffee though.

Lovely little hideaway. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Pool was amazing to relax in. Staff are very helpful and hospitable.

Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are a good size with a comfortable bed. It was great to have a fridge in the room, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The pool was inviting and we energy spending time lounging at the pool and swimming.

We liked the addition of the communal kitchen; where you could get things like a bottle opener, as well as filter water. Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We had some issues with the plumbing and the owner was quick to respond and solve our issues.

Very impressed, we would happily stay again. Good location to explore Uluwatu.

Well maintained new facility! A bit off the road. The cabin has a large sleeping area and a spacious bathroom at the back. Quite luxuriously furnished. The bed is very comfortable. The cabins are cleaned every day and the beds are made. I enjoyed staying here and would stop by again.
