First time at Lova and am so happy with the services I received. Siska was my lovely therapist who done a hair wash and straighten and done a great job. I will be back thank you Lova and Team.

Their neck, shoulder, and head massage was unbelievable. A bit strong, which i prefer. It was really good for my serious neck & shoulder pain after surfing.

I am an Australian who has now been to Bali only twice and have never had a massage in my life. I didn't feel comfortable with all of the approaches that I experienced in the streets. My partner and I cam upon Liva Spa on one of our many walks and she wanted a massage and I spent that time getting to know the staff and enjoy the relaxing and professional atmosphere. I was so relaxed and comfortable that I decided to have my first ever massage and I honestly couldn't have been happier with my experience. Thank you to all involved and I am looking forward to returning.

Very unsatisfied. I received a deep tissue treatment, but the massage therapist's skills were very poor.
It was the worst I've ever received, and the service was also terrible.
When the massage was over, he put a towel over his eyes and left it behind.
And it doesn't even fill an hour.
I made it 10 minutes short and wrote down that I would get a 10% discount if you follow me on Instagram, but when I told them there was no discount, they gave me a 5% discount lol.
I'm trying to write down the really bad things, so there's never been this much.

We were in Kuta for the final leg of our holiday. We went to Nusa Dua, then to Gili T and then lastly to Kuta. At all three places, we had massages but Lova was by far the best of all spa's we visited. The team was amazing, the welcome drink was just an added touch and given that Bali is hot, it was most certainly welcome. The lady who did my massage was lovely and helpful. The spa was clean and had a wonderful scent. I would go back to Kuta just to go back to Lova Spa. Thanks so much to this amazing team, you were the highlight of my Kuta stay!

I am Australian and found this boutique spa in a busy side street of Kuta. The spa is very modern and clean, the therapists very proffesional, I requested a foot massage followed by a head, neck and shoulder massage, could not fault the treatment which in Australia would have cost me more than 5 times as much and no more near as proffesional. During my next stay in Kuta I will be treating myself with daily treatment from this establishment.

I had a great pampering day, i felt so comfortable and relaxed. Had my full body massage and hair treatment (creambath) everything was great, skillfull therapist, the spa is clean and comfortable, very recommended and I will come back again soon

Therapists whose experience is below average. Around noon I bought a massage with my partner.pressure offends people who want more. The massage lasted less than the specified time! This is not nonsense, because before starting I checked the time on my phone myself. I'd rather leave a review than come back for a free massage! Not a recommendation. 1/10

First time in bali and was really overwhelming. Looked at reviews and thought I'd give this place a go. Was honestly amazing. For 110k IDR you get a 60 minute full body massage and it rivals ones ive had in Fiji and Australia that cost 10x the amount. Awesome!

Lova spa is brand new. Everything is clean and fresh, including the comfy chairs. It is located right next to the hotel I was staying in, so I made an (almost) daily visit for a foot massage. Of an evening, the lights are dimmed and there is soft ethereal music playing, perfect for relaxing into the massage. The staff are friendly and professional, and take good care to provide a great experience. See you next time I’m in Bali!

Had the best experience here! Best massage I got in bali. Great customer service. ***Reasonable price. Love the ambiance of the place and the smell. Very clean and relaxing. I got the package with Foot massage, head and shoulder. It was super relaxing. My friend has some trouble her foot The therapist was very understanding about my friend condition.

Got my nails done, massage at Lova Spa, i really recommend for your pampering day here. Especially after your beach day. Staff very friendly, spa is clean and love the ambiance.

Just experienced a brand new Spa in Kuta. Lova Spa is a standout amongst the already established spas on this busy street. Have to report that everything about this new spa exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived to the end of the visit was a great experience. Cool towels and lemon mint water on arrival, warmly welcomed by staff, settled into the comfy chairs for a warm foot bath before being escorted to the massage area. I opted for a strong sports massage. I wasn't disappointed.the male therapist from Lombok was excellent. He was comfortable and knowledgeable about how to work with me and my old injuries. His technique was excellent and he was confident and professional. Overall it was one of the best massages I've experienced in Bali. As a resident here the shine soon diminishes with the many mediocre therapists in the many spas. This new Spa has got me keen to experience some of the other offerings on their treatment menu. The calm, clean and welcoming environment is the icing on the cake. I'll be back. Well done guys.wishing you longevity in this competitive field. Looking forward to another great massage on my next visit.

The space is clean and tidy. I felt so comfortable. The therapist and staff are skillful and very helpful. I was doing a nail treatment and I’m happy with the result. Will definitely come again to do other treatments
