Lotus Cafe ulasan
29The oldest café in the city. A very atmospheric and at the same time a must-see place. I recommend.
We came here for the birthday of my friend because we had a good day. The service was fantastic, the food was royal and the music sounded familiar. We definitely recommend this place but wish to be invited to the 50th anniversary in 2033.
Come to this place without hesitation and big hunger.
PS: Nila is the best!
Lunch in a lotus garden right in front of a temple is fabulous!
The welcome was very warm and the meals very good, nothing to say apart from the 10% taxes added to the final bill!
We had lunch for 500K for 4 with drinks, it's still reasonable for the setting.
The setting is really pleasant, we eat near the water, and in the evening there is a dance show at the end of the courtyard. The Kare Ayam was very good, the tables where you sit on the floor is a very good experience. (small problem that you have to pay the same price to attend the show as those who are seated right in front because you can't see very well)
Great place with Saraswati temple on background (they called ubud water Palace) if you on lucky time you will see a great lotus flower.
They serve a local food mix with western food.
And the duck is best
Masa kecil saya dulu mandi di kolam disini.waktu itu airnya masih banyak dan mengalir Tempat ini sangat popular di jamannya sekarang bagus dikunjungi untuk santai sambil fotoan dan menikmati makanan
Spectacular view over the lotus ponds to Saraswati Temple. The tofu and red bean burrito was delicious, along with a huge, fresh coconut drink. Definitely a highlight.
Very nice place, in the city center but very quiet, good food and super atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Best place to get your sambal match fix. This spicy relish that goes well with any meat, rice or veg is made fresh daily. Had a seafood sharing platter for 2 that served up an abundant portion for lunch. Great service and prices. The restaurant overlooks the palace garden.
It wasn't packed when we were there, we asked for a table in the Balinese Style area and the waiter did not hesitate to sit us there. We enjoyed the lunch, the salmon was perfectly cooked and the view of the lotus ponds and the temple were amazing. It is not cheap but definitely worth it.
Pretty little open café. Looking out on Saraswarti temple to the rear. Hood menu, not too expensive. Friendly staff. Balinese decor. Clean toilets. Come and relax in the heat.
Nice! One of the best restaurants of Bali. At least it deserves one dinner during your stay. The local wine in the menu is acceptable.
Friendly staff, great views of the temple. Especially good for watching those awful Instagram types that roll off the bus, walk 5 feet through the gate take 10 minutes stretching into unlikely positions whilst their terminally bored Partners or friends take excruciatingly posed photos for the probable future influencers army of future fans. It gets better as you see the enthusiastic influencers then convince their uninterested but loyal friends to be the subject of the pictures. It is at this point you can witness the soul depart the body.
Absolutely spectacular view of the temple. The food and service are average for the area. Perfect place for afternoon tea.
The pork spare ribs were very good. The restaurant is named for the lotus gardens on the grounds of the adjacent temple.
Cocktails waste of money hardly tasted any alcohol, price too high for cocktails, Food was good quality, Atmosphere was great, local shows in-house but have to pay extra
Food is below average but this is prime location to see the temple. Price are overly expensive and I enjoyed watching the lotus more than fake photos in the menu. Free wifi provided without the need of password.
V cool restaurant in terms of design and seating, atmosphere but food n service could be better. My burger was half cooked when I asked for well done, gross!
Over priced, super regular to sub par food. Pretty Lilly path but hey you can't eat lilies. Cust service left much to be desired
Quality of the food is great. And of course the situation. I guess that’s why the prices are incredibly high for Ubud. The days of dance, you have to pay extra, being really far of the show. European place with european price, pretending to be autentic indonesian. It is not worth for me
