Lembongan Beach Club & Resort

A well located hotel on the island with lots of restaurants and bars around. Small downside on the restaurant menu, really little choice.
The room pool is unfortunately cold but the hotel pool is heated. Also noted electrical elements placed next to the swimming pool in the room.otherwise the staff is smiling and helpful. Possibility of doing activities with the hotel, really great

Very shabby. Broken tiles and pool lamps are life-threatening.
Breakfast disastrous.

Food and drinks are good, as is the location.
The staff is very sluggish, nothing is put away if you don't say anything, you have to walk to people to order, the prices are too high for that, so you basically have self-service, 350k/couch/day

Don't be fooled by the picture in the album, the facilities are poorly designed, the attitude of the staffs are not nice and the front desk service took a long time to reply.

A particularly pleasant and well-located hotel, facing the lagoon. An ideal place to observe the magnificent sunsets in this region of the world. The rooms are particularly comfortable with their private swimming pool. The water is just the right temperature! The only regret is the catering part with an average menu and absolutely no atmosphere in the evening. Well, there's no lack of atmospheric bars along the beach, so it's not a big deal.
I recommend the 3 point snorkeling excursion. You leave from the beach with a fishing boat and go around the island. Stops at exceptional snorkeling points with diving on the coral reef (in very good condition). Special mention for mangrove bay where the drifting current carries you and takes you from discovery to discovery without any effort! A piece of advice ask your captain to skip one of the snorkeling points to pass before the "crowd" of other boats.

We had an excellent stay here. Great location, right on the beach. Good pool too.
The staff were friendly and offered excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast was great and peaceful, eating almost on the beach.

Hotel by the sea but many rooms are quite dated (damaged terrace) ; the rooms are poorly insulated and the place is very noisy because it is close to the road and the houses which all have at least one rooster. The breakfast is correct, the non-existent tea time offered and the restaurant deserted (no menu is displayed).

1. The lobby of the hotel is very small and there is only one counter. We waited for at least half an hour just to check in.
2. The facility list of the room I booked clearly stated that there is a bathtub. After arriving, I reported to the counter that my room did not have a bathtub. The answer I got was that we need to stay in a more expensive room to have a bathtub. It is not their problem to disagree with the facility list
In this way, it took us more than an hour just to check in and respond to the problem.
3. The restaurant does not provide drinking water. The answer we got from asking the counter is that we need to buy it from the restaurant. In my impression, buying a bottle of water from the restaurant costs NT$40-50 (excluding 10% government tax and 11% service charge)
4. There are very few items in the breakfast buffet bar. The fruit is covered with ants. I told the service staff that the way I got it was to shoot off the ants, and the food was full of ants.

Fantastic location right in front of Shipwrecks surf break and all cafes and restaurants. Accommodation was great. Nice and clean and air conditioned. Would definitely stay again.

Booked the villa for two night, Totally disasters service since we arrived, everything far from expectation also the real conditions property isn’t like on photo. Really disappointed, not worth it specially if you travel with have children’s!

Very bad experience in there. Staffs are no response and when we ask for electricity breaks down and any light for our rooms. They just asking 30mins light will come. No body come and check out for the lighting. We need to stay in the dark room for 3 hrs and mosquito biting inside the room. I would not recommend to stay in this resort.

The worst hotel experience ever. No warm water to shower, toilet clogged, no CCTV in common area. I called the staff to repair the heater during the shower, only after 2 minutes it didn’t work again.

Had a great 5 day stay. The room was clean, the AC worked great and they cleaned the room thoroughly every day, including our private pool. Breakfast had a good selection (though it was the same every day) and the beach access was great. Not too many beach front seats, so they were always filled by the time we’d get to them in the morning

Excellent service and facilities! I hurt my back they helped us with transport to get the medication we needed. We loved to order tasty drinks and mocktails and sunbath in front of the beach. It is quiet and exclusive, but great area with restaurants. We would happily go back

First of all: the service which made this stay a nightmare! Everything went so wrong because of the very poor quality of service (or none at all!)
- they forgot to pick me up at the boat (meaning waiting 20min under the sun at noon) and the lady from the hotel being super rude when I called
- they give you a whatsapp number to reach them, but they never answer.and they do read the messages, but just don't answer.
- a lot of them don't understand english so any request is very very difficult
- Lembongan is a small island, so most 'bigger hotel' have a small car with seats on the back to take their guest around FOR FREE, but here they want to charge you! Which is INSANE because there are NO TRANSPORTS
- No managers around, so the only people you can talk to is the staff is making their own rules (it seems) and everytime I asked for a manager "they are not here at the moment", or ever?
- They tried to overcharge me today for my boat tickets back to Bali! One way ticket is around 150k / pax. They asked 300k saying it includes the transport from the hotel to the deck which is crazy because first of all I paid 200k on the way in, including the pick up so why would it be an extra 100k on the way back? Secondly, why isnt drop off included in their service like all other hotels? I'm SO chocked! Am I supposed to walk with my luggages to the beach?

I have been trying to get in touch with the resort management as we have booking coming up next week.but no response at all.phone calls, emails tried them all

We stayed at LBC for 5 days, the staff (waitresses, security, front office) are all very friendly, attentive, and caring. But for the rating, price, and number of stars, it did not equate.
We learned from various people that since the change in management a few years ago, the hotel changed a lot… and we noticed that.it’s a shame because the rooms are overall nice (open in the toilet), the location is perfect, nice beach and swimming pool. The bed and bedsheets are super nice and comfortable. However the quality of products is not good: towels, soaps, etc…
The main problem with LBC is the breakfast and food generally. We got sick, the fruits and juices are not fresh (only 2/3 choices are fresh) there isn’t much choice for breakfast: only eggs or nasi goreng (incl.fruits, juice, coffee, bread/pastries). Disappointed because there were little choices for vegetarians and it’s not very eco-friendly there. Recommend for the sleeping but dont take the breakfast/food.

Do not book here as they will not refund or amend your dates due to COVID. I’m unable to leave my country due to COVID and I’ve spent over year trying to contact this hotel and nothing has been done. No one is answering the phones or their emails.
