Legian Village Hotel

Parkirnya susah sekali, mobil saya kena baret motor yg nyempil ditengah mobil padahal sempit, pesan kamar superior dapatnya standart

Good hotel with bad service.
Karyawan nya tolong diganti aja
Pesen kamar superior dikasi kamar standar.

Pengalaman yg buruk oleh orang yang berjaga di resepsionis hotel tgl 25 april 2023 malam.untung saya hanya menginap 1 malam saja, pelayanan resepsionis sangat tidak ramah dan mempersulit kami yg posisi sangat capek dan saya sudah blg ada orang tua, tetapi tetap minta ini itu dengan cara bicara yg TIDAK SOPAN.

Seharusnya orang tua diijinkan utk istirahat dulu baru urus persyaratan ini itu, dia minta maaf pun tidak tulus dan hanya asal2an!

NB: tlg diperbaiki utk pelayanan resepsionis yg sangat penting krn barisan terdepan yg bertemu dengan para tamu yg menginap, tlg diajari kesopanan dan tata krama dalam berbicara

Pros- great location, great low price for rooms, great pool and bar area, great staff service

Cons- mattresses were very rough, no hot water till 4min of running it, loud music till late and no sound proofing in rooms so you feel like you sitting at the bar when in bed with the bass in your ear, Wi-Fi signal was very slow/ non existent

Definitely would come again if I’m needing a budget hotel

Service none, no English, could not pay bills, ad to go ATM'S, dirty bed and no breakfast, price increase 40% never again, much better value for money, not good enough for Bali image, needs total make over to be able service Bali hospitality,

Cuma mampir karna salah hotel, staffnya baik banget dan ramah, lokasi hotelnya bagus banget karna dekat pantai dan toko-toko souvenir serta resto cafe, tinggal jalan kaki aja

Rude staff terrible rooms so old it smells so unhelpful don’t book this hotel you won’t regret it

We stay at Legian Village Hotel all the time, great location, value for money and the staff are great and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need

Kamarnya nyaman.bersih.jika meminta, bisa dibersihkan tiap pagi. Untuk berenang santai di depan kamar juga menyenangkan

Kalo utk sekarang sangat tidak direkomendasikan karena hotel baru dibuka kembali jd rata2 AC dlm keadaan rusak sehingga kamar panas.letak kamar mandi juga tidak bagus ditambah tidak ada exhaust fan.sangat tidak nyaman dan saya besoknya langsung cek out

Bangunan tua, tata letak shower bikin kmr mandi jd becek. Air panas kadang mati. Tidak dapat aqua.kamar tipe family cukup utk 4 org, luas, ada kulkas, elektrik kettle, pool bersih, murah, dekat pantai legian.

Bagus, bersih dekat dekat panta legian i cuman 200 M kalau pagi enak jalam panti sepanjang pantainlegian.harga hotelnya murah pas di.kantong.

If I were to visit Bali again, this would be my home for the duration of my stay there. Legian Village Hotel staff is caring, respectful, friendly, loving and always there for you whenever you are in need. Keep up the amazing service.

In our opinion a well located, close to the beach and other restaurants with good value. Proprietors were very good as were the pool and bar staff. Not 4 or 5 star BUT excellent value. For us the breakfast was good and included.

Stayed in their standard room for 1 night as I was enroute to the airport the following morning, my plans subsequently changed but I still did not extend my stay with the establishment. The hotel is in a prime location with restaurants etc. The staff seemed very welcoming and warm. The check in process lasted less than 10mins then things went south from there. I got to my room and I could tell from the condition of the door that this was not going to go well. The room is run down and old. See the pictures, intact I think my camera made this place look better than it really is. The mat in the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been washed in a while. There were cobwebs in the bathtub. It is 3am and I have not slept a wink. I am counting the hours for the sun to rise and I leave this hotel. If you are simply looking for a roof over your head and will be spending little to no time in your hotel then this place should suffice.

This room good but the staff not friendly really not friendly especially the managers front office so bad, the breakfast its okay but tasteless, swimming pool good, hot water not working, air conditioner good

People here so nice, so friendly, so helpful. I loved each and everyone of them while we stayed there. What we all didn't like is the place it self. It was nothing like photos. It was clean but so old, so broken that we felt like, we were in some backpackers house. Showers were to old, rusty, stains everywhere and so slow. Staff really tried hard to help with things but we just couldn't adjust in the place. Too may mosquitoes and some strange smell was there all the time. They had unlimited breakfast but every day same menu, day 4 we were all fed up. I think no matter how hard the staff tries or tried, hotel people need to do something to improve the standard.

BUT very old and rundown hotel. Desperately needs some renovation.
Hotel has 2 sections. The main hotel on JL Padma is not too bad but the annex around the corner is really bad. My room looked straight into another room, no privacy at all.
