Semua bagus cuma kurang manajemenya aj
1. Hanya ad sabun, tdk ad sampo, atau jd 1 ga ngerti
2. Tidak ada tempat sampah dimana", diluarpun ga ada apalagi d kamar
3. Banyak lalat, memang sih kintamani normal ada lalat, tetapi setidaknya berikan 1 lem lalat setiap kamar, murah kok harganya.
4.9 des 23 ini wifi tdk bs terpakai
5. Kalau bisa setiap tamu baru di cuci atau di ganti kelambunya.banyak debu. Pas tidur.
6. Akses jalan agk sempit, tp cukup lah buat mobil 1, saling ngalah aj.
7. Kalau bisa sih ad dapur self service di depan / loby biar bs bikin apapun sendiri

A beautiful lakeside cottage in from of the Lake Batur with the view of Mt. Abang.

Basic amenities: We have a small cabin with a comfy bed with a mosquito net around the bed to keep the bugs away. There is no AC or fan and you wont need it, as its super chilly throughout the day. There is a kind of an open shower with a palm tree inside the bathroom which looks cool. There is no geyser, the hot shower comes from the natural hot spring which might not be hot thruoughout the day.
Complimentary amenities: We had complimentary breakfast (Pancakes and Omelette with coffee). They have their own hot water pool so you dont have to go to other hot water springs to experience the volcanic heat.
Service: Service was alright.
Location: To get this view and the calm, we had to go bit inside the non-touristy spot. You wont find restaurants near by, and if you need lunch/dinner you need to inform the host before hand.
View: Nothing to conplain about the amazing view of the Lake Batur and the mountains surrounding it.
Suggestions: Need a geyser, as the spring water is not hot all the time. Its bit uncomfortable to have a cold shower or even wash your face with cold water when the climate is so cool there. Also there is no storage in the room, we had to keep all our things on the floor.

Kita udah booking di tempat ini dan setelah sampai tempatnya malah dibilang double booking jadi kita dipindahin ke penginapan yg viewnya gada danau batur, sedihbgt padhaal udah exited bgt nginep dengan view danar dan gunung batur

I have been traveling asia for 3 months now and i have never met anyone like these owners.so kind, helpful and a joy to talk to.the property is so lovely, right in nature with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains.a relaxing and clam environment after a long travel day

Tempatnya nyaman, sejuk & dingin serta jauh dari kebisingan. Kurang nya akses menuju ke lokasi agak sempit.

The best untuk penginapan dan fasilitasnya, bersih, pemandangan keren banget langsung menghadap gunung batur dan danau, air panas untuk berendem, suasana dingi sejuk, cuma untuk akses menuju kesini yang menggunakan mobil sepertinya perlu jalan kaki lagi karena akses jalan belum bisa sampe lokasi, tapi klo untuk motor sudah bisa sampe lokasi, recomended

Located right in front of Lake Batur so we can enjoy onion and tomato gardens directly in front of the lake. The cabins were made of wood with a half open bathroom. It was located far from the mainroad so you can feel calm surrounding, suitable for those who like to enjoy quiet environment. There was a small swimming pool with warm water directly came from mountain water source. We got fried rice for breakfast. However, they can only provide fried rice or fried noodles for dinner with extra charge (there were no other restaurants near this area so). Don’t put food in the sitting area in front of cabins, since it might attract some flies

Gak nyesel stay di Sini walau Cuman 1 malam.tempat nya nyaman buat healing, pelayanan ramah respon cepat, staf nya stanby di lokasi dan enak di ajak ngobrol, Acces masih bisa masuk mobil (walau kecil). Pokok nya recommended buat yang mau menikmati Suasana alam dan gak ribet, Ada dapur umum dan yang gak bisa masak di sediakan pilihan menu berbayar.pemandian airpanas yang lumayan cozzy dengan pemandangan danau dan gunung, bisa request api unggun.
Saran: di tingkatkan lagi fasilitas nya

Log Cabin is my favourite Place so far in Bali, trust me you will never forget your Stay in this beautiful sunny Nature Oasis.

Hard to explain in words, this place was by far the best in bali. The best in batur, and to be more to the point it was not only the amazing hot tub with natural water, nor the view that is beyond words, it was first of all the open heart beautiful souls that run this place Sonia and her husband and kids that created to us this family feeling that made this stay like being at home, so far from our normal home

Absolute gem Epic location, view out of this world and hot spring with view lake. Lovely wooden cabins. Cap cay was excellent. Deff. Recommend this place. I’ll be back. My favourite was the friendliness of the staff.

Fantastic host who will help you out with anything, great food, fun sunrise jeep tour and nice little hot spring pool - perfect for stargazing (night sky is unlike in any other place we visited in Bali!)

Fasilitas room and breakfast so bad.
Breakfast hanya ada nasi goreng, nasi gorengnya hambar, porsi kids, dan telur dadarnya menyesakkan sangat sedikit. Recommend lebih baik makan mujair nyatnyat with view di resto dengan harga yg sama seperti breakfast.
Amenities tidak seperti villa/hotel/penginapan pada umumnya. Handuknya super kotor warnanya
Utk view and gardennya bagus. Dan pool with hotspring lumayan membayar kekecewaan fasilitas kamarnya yg ga banget.
Mohon ditingkatkan lagi

Harga terjangkau, dengan suasana yang sejuk, indah dengan view langsung ke danau batur.pokoknya Recomended banget!
