Only the driver can speak Japanese, neither the receptionist nor the therapist understand Japanese. The room was dark and I could hear people talking all the time, so I couldn't relax at all. You can feel the hard work, but if you expect a guidebook atmosphere, you'll be disappointed.

I enjoyed this place, because the shiatsu and thai massage feel great for me. The receptionist is also great. The woman that massage me, had small body yet strong enough to massage my big body. Make me sleepy, but not sleep, because sometimes, its painful but yeah, u can tell them if its hurt. Yeah, the price for local is cheaper 50% discount, yet for foreign peoples, its full prices.

Hands down the best massage we had in bali, and we had ALOT.

Beware, they have two pricelist, one for local people and other waaaay expensive for foreigners, avoid such a discriminatory place.

We found this place accidentally and really liked the quality of massage. The therapists are very strong, so if you like more pressure like I do, you should give them a try) Staff is quite friendly.

Good place to have a relaxing massage, ask for therapist named kadek, she is the most experience there

First of all the service was good, the front desk were very polite, place was clean and comfortable, but they doesn't really care about the peace and quiet, some other therapist will come in to prepare for the other guests while chit chatting loudly in the room, and they will also talk to the other guest loudly without caring that somebody else is in a massage session in the same room. Next for the massage itself, when you go to a massage place you expect good massage, the therapist was very polite but I don't think she knows how to do a massage properly, it was more like pinching and poking than massaging, so I end up with a more tired body after the massage, was quite disappointed with this because a friend recommended this place to me after he had a nice massage here.
I guess I just got a bit out of luck today.

I had a wonderful 2 hour Bali massage at La Vie. The staff were wonderful and professional, premises were extremely clean and price was fantastic. I highly recommend this as the place to go in Jimbaran.

High reviews but really not worth the hype or money.

Service was nice upon entry and my wife and I got a 2 hour foot massage and Balinese massage.

Foot massage was fine then we had to walk all the way to another room for the Balinese massage.

Honestly the massage was very very average and the lady literally fell asleep as she was massaging my shoulders. I had to wriggle a bit to wake her up.

Paid about 1,150,000 rupiahs and it was no worth it at all.

Avoid this place and go somewhere else which has better value and better service.

Friendly staff and experienced masseuses will not disappoint here. They offer complimentary pick up and drop off service, provide free water and hot towels pre-service and hot tea post-service for a nice soothing cool down. Super clean facility. I opted for the deep tissue massage and loved it.

Aided by their body map questionnaire you complete pre-service, the masseuse will concentrate on the problem areas you want. With the right instruction, you can also direct them to add or reduce pressure or concentrate more on areas you want.

Pricing is at market rates but you get what you pay for. Compared to others in the area, I would come back here in a heartbeat. My wife and I tried cheaper reflexology and massage shops in Bali but none compared to the quality provided at La Vie.

Semua petugasnya ramah, bersahabat & sabar banget! Semua sudut ruangan dari reception, toilet & ruang pijat SANGAT BERSIH!
