La Karma Spa Seminyak

Amazing massage and reflexology. We visited 3 times while we were in Bali. Great staff and salon. Well worth popping in if you are in Seminyak.

Go here if you want the LEAST relaxing spa experience of all time. The first impression.lovely & well presented spa with modern furnishings - not your average primary colours and clouds painted on the ceiling type place.
But then the second you lay down on the massage table. My friend and I each signed up for a 90 minute massage, however the therapist comes and goes throughout your massage. Or so I thought.turns out I had three different masseuses take turns throughout the 90 minutes. While they all talked and laughed with each other.

The clip on head rest was removed during my massage, and swapped with the unknown persons next door. This was weird.

The staff were untrained. The first masseuse massaged like that of an impressive 3 year old (lots of patting and light hands).

Go to Spa Bali. Similar price, worlds apart in service & experience.

Been here a year ago was really nice.but now it’s really bad
Had a foot massage here. Either the massage therapist is on the phone, or interrupting the massage to treat other customers and worst you get that there are talking bad about customers coming in. Just watched how they laughed at two girls.one doesn’t even bother anymore to smile and looks disgusted instead

Went here a lot. They have plenty of staff and are always busy but you will manage to get a booking. Biggest issue I have is cleanliness.bathroom never worked for over a month that I was there. The massage room isnt very private as they are only separated by curtains and not overly clean. The massage skill really depends on who you get, but overall better then most of the other small tiny spas that were around. Best to call and book an appointment prior to going to ensure you are not waiting. Remember you get what you pay for so it never going to be a 5 star spa.

As far as walk in off the street spas, this place is great. The staff are lovely and provide great massages. Yes, you do hear chatter as people walk in and from other clients in the nearby curtained off rooms BUT for an average of AU$12 for an hour massage, there was nothing to be dissapointed about. I would definitely go back. It's clean, professional and very affordable.

My friends and I spent 10 days in Bali and got 2 massages a day each on average. We went to La Karma Seminyak at the end of our trip because it had nice reviews, so we were quite shocked when we came to the conclusion that it was unanimously the worst experience for each and everyone of us - and we had been to much cheaper spas. The lack of identifiable massage skills was the main issue, in addition to the fact that the therapists were talking with one another, phones were ringing and people were talking loudly for the 90 minutes during which we were trying to relax. We felt like the masseurs wanted to go as quickly as possible, not caring at all about providing a nice experience for their customers. There are many other spas in that area that are much better.

The male masseuse did the foot massage and went above the knee. So unprofessional and gross even when asked not to go above the knee. The chairs are uncomfortable. Do not come here.

Massage was ok, not amazing and not terrible. Unfortunately the ambience left more to be desired. Other patrons having massage included a family with 2 small children. One child had a loud audio device playing on repeat whilst the other younger child appeared extremely distressed, crying uncontrollably whilst mum and dad ignored him. Staff did nothing until several other patrons complained about the noise and level of parental neglect. Management should not allow this as it’s very unfair to expect children to entertain themselves for a whole hr unsupervised (which felt like an enternity to the poor infant and distressing to other patrons trying to enjoy their massage)

Fantastic service, reasonably priced, clean and cool, definitely worth a visit for a good quality massage / treatment!

We had a massage with Linda and Darma and we loved it! They are both very professional and the massage was amazing! It was the second time we were there and we will be back for sure:)

Just cramp.wanted a spa pedicure didn't tell me until are started there was no time so she would do an express pedicure instead. Didn't even wash feet.

We came to Bali last year and tried massages in different places. This place was the best. We came back this year and this place is still the best out of all! It is air conditioned, clean, has good relaxing atmosphere and affordable prices. All stuff are friendly and polite. I highly recommend to try deep tissue massage with Nicky or relaxation massage with Wayan. Nicky is an excellent massage therapist with over 15 years experience and Wyan just has a really nice touch!

We tried the foot massage and it did not disappoint. The environment was quiet and relaxing. The therapists were experienced and friendly. Great place to stop and revive.

Don’t waste your time with the back massage. Dirty, loud, zero massage pressure. On a positive note my wife loved her foot massage.

We go to this spa every time we are in bali. Skill of masseur is a little inconsistent but usually very good. Clean, comfortable, well priced, friendly, 3 locations in legian/Seminyak. Always leave feeling refreshed xx

I went to this place after seeing their 'one of the best' ratings on TripAdvisor, but this place was just another one of the 1000s of spa places in Bali. Staff showed a lacklustre attitude, the massage was horrible and I left massage session midway.
