La Joya Biu Biu Resort

The place is in Uluwatu, I didn't stay overnight so I give 5 stars. I just came with a day pool pass and took photos.

The hotel facilities are beautiful but the rooms are poorly maintained.
There are cracks everywhere and all kinds of animals get in.
A shame because it has a lot of potential.
It is located in a fairly isolated area. If you want to move, you need a motorcycle no matter what.

Love this place so much.
I was there in my first time in Bali and back again and again.
Nice view, good massage and all stuff so helpful.
Also, you can go down to the private beach.

This place was amazing. We came here on our honeymoon and it was exactly what we were looking for. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the garden view bungalow which had that tropical villa feel we wanted. The air conditioning was clutch as it is hot and humid in Bali.

The location is beautiful, perched on the cliff with stunning sunset views. Plenty of places to relax by the multiple pools. The food at the restaurant is delicious.

We did a couples massage which was unreal as the little spa bungalows are on the side of the cliff near the water.

They have a transportation service that can take you anywhere on the island. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Beautiful place but very disappointed with the restaurant. No shame in offering hash browns that have been completely cooked and recooked I don't know how many times which seemed to be those from the day before or even the day before. Food not at all exceptional for the setting it offers. Too bad…

Good view but hard to get there by taxi. Not to mention there is taxi mafia waiting to cost you lots of money.

Absolute recommendation! It was the best hotel we have been to so far. Everything was just right! The whole complex is a dream. I love the boho style. There are several pools, right on the cliff / small beach. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was also very good. We would definitely come back again!

The resort is undoubtedly very beautiful, with panoramic views of the sea. The rooms have a particular style, which however must be liked. Our bathroom was outdoors and I don't deny that insects entered the room, including a lizard.
The staff was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately the food is not good, it is very touristy. The facility is expensive, both the food and the massages. It is absolutely not in line with the surrounding areas and with the other accommodations found. We have been to 4 or 5 star resorts, paid less and with many more services.
To go to the airport you can only take their taxi, which costs 350,000.00 rupees. A steal compared to the prices there. Unfortunately there is nothing outside and if you want to rent the scooter, there is no insurance.

With a Majestic view of Indian Ocean this resort is undoubtedly one of the finest in Bali. The Food, Amenities and Rooms all are good. Location of the swimming pools is very nice. Would highly recommend for a luxurious stay in Bali

Great massage view over the cliff and natural sounds of the ocean with friendly staff. However we booked for a couple package for 2 hours but the massage was just one hour and scrub for another hour. Longer time of massaging would be better!

Wah. Lokasinya isolated. Tapi pas nyampe keren banget. View nya luar biasa. Keren abis pokoknya. Pelayanan nya juga sangat ramah. Mantap dah kalo mau healing atau sekedar nyantai di view restoran nya sambil menikmati indahnya pulau Bali.

Nice resort hidden off the track away from the hustle bustle, offering a beautiful spa on the cliff side and amazing sunset views. Private villas line the path all the way down to the cliff and tranquil pools to relax by. A mix of couples and families enjoy this location. Plenty of parking out front.

Wonderful stay in the oceanview villa with private pool overlooking the Indian ocean. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The resort and views from our room was breathtaking! We had a short stay, next time we will be back for longer.

Perfect cliff view, perfect swimming pool, perfect sunset view, perfect spa on the cliff with magnificent view, very relaxing.

Resort favorit di Bali. Staff sangat friendly, kamar bersih, menu sarapan enak, deket dari pantai balangan dan jimbaran, akses jalan mudah, ada private jacuzzi dan private beach.

One of the secluded resort that I have been to, loved the views especially at night. And the spa with its cliff view and the sound of waves just made it even better.

I stayed here once night and had their sunset spa package.
The hospitality is way beyond my expectations and the room view is totally great. However, there is a smell in my room, very minor. Great experience

Most beautiful stay ever. But too bad, its lack of ventilation at the bathroom so it was easy to smell bad

The scenery is beautiful, with a gorgeous lookouts over the ocean. There are a variety of pools and seating areas, as well as a walkway down to a secluded, private beach! Our room was cleaned every day, which was lovely. Our Massage at the spa was incredible, one of a kind views! We enjoyed the food and the fruit plates every morning!
