The food was good as always (I come here with my friends at least twice a week). But what happened last night was very strange. The lady at the cashier came twice to our table and with very rude and silly manners made us understand that we had to pay and leave because she had to close the place. This happened 2 times between 10: 30 and 10: 45pm, and in the restaurant besides me and my two friends there were another group of 4-5 people who were still eating. Having people like that in the team is really a big risk for the business. I suggest for her a career in the police rather than working in a restaurant.

Nice italian food and cozy atmosphere. Just that kind of italian music you hear all over is way too much of low quality. What a pity! Guess the italian owner is not a music lover.

An excellent pizzeria, we constantly order pizza for our children and salads for ourselves. There is always a gift - delicious pastries

A lovely place with a great ambience and really great and friendly service. I ordered a pizza and it was just bad. The consistency is a dried out base that has nothing to do with a pizza base. I can't recommend the pizzas. I've had much better food in Bali.

La Casseta has improved a lot in recent times and is now among our favorite Italian restaurants in Bali. Delicious food, lively atmosphere and probably the best value for money wine list on the island.

We had wine and some pasta. They all were okay. Had some bread as complimentary as well. Good service and price is affordable.

Wonderful housemade rustic Italian fair. Amazing breads and pastas and i love their Melanzane Parmigiana

Used to be so good. Been here around 30 times.
Till I got rotten squid for dinner. Which smelled like really strong.
Staff said “hey its all good”. Lol wanted to see them eating that.
No “sorry”, no “we will replace your meal”, no “your meal is on the house”. Never again!

Unfortunately the worse take out/delivery i had. Ordered a prosciutto pizza and it was sent without prosciutto on it and when complained they just answered without any remorse oh well we will give you a free pizza next time you come.
Just as an advise when you do a mistake, own it and try to make an effort to rectify it on the spot not nonchalantly try and put this on the side with another free pizza…. When your ordered meal is not there you’re still looking for that meal…. And yes payment in full was made upon ordering….

Also have the decency to just answer the messages that you received….

Food was AMAZING no cap. The gnocchi is as soft as a Canadian goose jacket, and the stuffed pasta's all handmade and bussin. Honestly all their dishes were on point. And the service staff were so friendly I can't even think of anything bad throughout my entire experience there. Strongly recommend their gnocchi I can't even express how good it is
For 3 people, we had ravioli di zucca (pumpkin), ravioli gorgonzola, beef carpaccio, squid carpaccio, prosciutto crostini, beef gnocchi, fried eggplant balls (we over ordered lol)

I really like this place because the wine is delicious and the food is fresh, the waiters are friendly. I often come here sometimes while meeting online because my villa inn is next to this restaurant.when i go to bali again i will make sure to visit

This place is the real deal, a family run Italian restaurant that has stayed open through these 2 last years because they offer amazing food and service with a lot of love for what they do.
South Bali is full of Italian Restaurants but this one is one of the best, authentic Italian food just like Nonna made and presented with all the same love.

Halo pihak resto yang terhormat ketika mengikuti jualan online ketika makanan ada yang tidak tersedia tolong itu di aplikasi tolong di tutup jangan memaksa untuk jualan kalau tidak bisa mengikuti sop jualan online mendingan tutup aplikasi tidak usah memaksa untuk ikut jualan join online.tolong itu kasi ketegasan buat semua tim staff yang bekerja biar selalu ada konfimasi sesama timmu jika ada stock barang yang tidak tersedia.

Always enjoyable to come here. One of the best Italian food in Bali. Food is always excellent and service is awesome.

This is what pizza "meat lovers " looks like with extra: mozzarella + extra salami + extra bacon. I am wondering, how is the regular "meat lovers" look like? Just tomato sauce? This shift that make this pizza is a joke.
