Kubu GWK Resort

The marvelous resort with attentive staff, beautiful garden and big pool, top notch space for anybody want to have serene space.

The villa we booked (and the adjoining one) are completely dilapidated and dilapidated, don't trust the photos on their page, they must be dated. A smell of humidity is omnipresent in all the rooms of the villa, the hotel tries to mask it using perfume diffusers stuck to the air conditioners. There are traces of rust and humidity everywhere. Hygiene clearly leaves something to be desired, there are marks on the sheets in all the rooms, the bathroom linen and on the sofa. There are signs of water damage on many of the walls. The terrace was completely broken and moved under our feet. We tried to negotiate an amicable cancellation with the staff, but the person who received us did not seem to appreciate it and initially tried to make us believe that we would have to pay the entire reservation when we were supposed to pay only half. When we stood our ground, he slammed his drawer while putting his phone away. This attitude is the extreme opposite of other behaviors that we encountered with other Balinese people.

We have stayed here for a week in a Vila to our satisfaction. The villa is beautiful, has three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and its own swimming pool completes the party. We found the mattresses a bit less, every room has a TV, but due to the lack of a subscription you can't watch anything.

The staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful.

The environment is less, you are in a part where there is little to do in the immediate vicinity. There is a shopping center with some food and shopping facilities but that's it. You are therefore dependent on taxis, etc. By taxi you can be in nice places in half an hour.

In summary, nice accommodation, friendly staff, just a bit remote.

Saya berikan rating paling sempurna untuk hotel ini. Semua hal yang ada di hotel ini sangat luar biasa. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan mall dan banyak kuliner lainnya. Hotel ada di dalam jalan buntu, jadi tenang dan tidak berisik. Pelayanan sangat baik, ramah dan tepat waktu. Kamar dan fasilitas bersih dan terawat. Meskipun hotel ini kecil tapi terasa nyaman dan mewah.

The accommodation was neither good nor bad.
Breakfast can be ordered in advance from local, continental, or American options.
I was really curious to see a parched corpse of a lizard that remained in my room even after housekeeping had done it! The room was full of cracks and there were insects like mosquitoes all the time.
The shower outside was convenient!
The room I stayed in this time was in a position where the sun didn't reach, so my bikini and other clothes didn't dry at all. Maybe it's because it's so humid, but the next morning there was dew every night and it still didn't dry out.lol

Very cool place at a good price. Service at the highest level. I liked that the area was very quiet and calm, always clean and well-groomed. The staff was very friendly and fulfilled all requests. The rooms are good: bright and spacious

We were not satisfied with our staying at the hotel for several reasons. There was a strange smell in the room. One day the staff started poisoning insects without warning and all the smoke came into our room. The mattress was dirty. The hot water ran only for a minute. The soundproofing was awful, we were constantly awaken by neighbours and cats.
There was also a problem with air conditioning. It was too cool in spite of the temperature we set up.
Generally the room was rather dirty and the cleaning wasn’t qualitative. To my mind this hotel isn’t worth its price and rate.

Hotel nya bagus, bersih, pelayanan oke staff nya ramah, pertama saya pesan kamar tipe joglo di traveloka, tapi saat tiba disana ternyata ada kerusakan di kamar joglo, lalu di upgrade dengan kamar di lantai atas yg type nya cukup luas, it's oke no problem, lokasi hotel dekat dengan sidewalk jimbaran & patung gwk, cukup nyaman staycation disini, untuk menu sarapan saya kurang suka karena terlalu amis menurut saya (mie goreng + nasi goreng langsung di campur dengan telur) selebih nya semua oke

Ah, recommended banget resort nya (<gopek). Fasilitas dan pelayanan sama² OK nya. Pengen nambah malah sudah full duluan.

TURIST TRAP!
Idont know where to start. Hotel was dirty pressure in idraulic shower was terrible and hot water doesn’t exist! 4 stars hotel resort for what? Plus we tried 1 months earlier to modify our reservation, they don’t answer on booking and when we arrived the gestor was very unpolite. Stay away belive me. Plus the structure is yes near to gwk but in a very very bad area without service not for Turist. Plus the photo on booking don’t respect the reality. We don’t stayed there but used another hotel with only 10€ x day that was 1000 times better.

The staff is marvelous and also the service and facilities as well the.all is well and exceeded my expactation

Kami mendapat kamar deluxe dengan akses pool. Hotel yang cocok untuk staycation maupun explore area sekitar. Akses dekat dengan sidewalk jimbaran tinggal jalan kaki saja. Ke uluwatu 30min, padang-padang beach 20min, jimbaran 10-15min. Sarapan dengan set menu, indonesian/american. Rasa standart saja, tapi bread toast nya enak tidak terlalu kering. Staf ramah dan responsif, ada sedikit insiden anak kami terkunci dikamar mandi, saya langsung menelfon resepsionis dan staf mereka dengan sigap membantu.

Note: kekurangan hanya di selimut dan sprei mereka yang terdapat beberapa noda
