Kou Dimsum Parlour

We were seriously surprised at how good this restaurant is! Authentic Hong Kong/Guangdong flavors in Indonesia? Who would have thought! Were were shocked at how good all the dishes we ordered were. Prices were fair as well.

Favorite restaurant when it comes to dimsum and Chinese food. Semua makanannya enakkk, pelayanan standar ya, tapi harga agak mahal. Tapi mengingat makanann yg disajikan premium, resto di mall pula, saya rasa harga sesuai.

Makan malam kepiting soka, sayur garlic dan tofu semua nya enak.banana split juga enak.kapan2 balik coba menu lain, good luck

Nice ambience, and a good place for a family gathering. Friendly waiters and fast services. The dimsums are tasty and I love the lychee pineapple mocktail, I request less sugar and they kindly provide it in separate small glass and it tastes very refreshing. I would love to order other mocktails on the menu next time I visit.

Im in loveeee with their Hongkong Fried Rice!
It was well-seasoned, great texture, and big portion! I think just ordering a plate of fried rice would be enough haha. But yeahhh, I also tried another menus such as crispy pork belly, roasted chicken, charsiu, their dimsum, gailan oyster sauce, kungpao chicken and many moreee. And I really love it all!

I highly recommend you to visit this restaurant because they would serve you with classy chinese ambience and polite waiters services. Beside that, the food was lil bit pricey but i think it worth the taste and portion. Would be glad to come back here soon

Good flavor of foods; pas bumbunya. Good portion ; pas banget buat sharing, harga standar. Roasted bebeknya agak kering. Prawn salted egg- udangnya gede & enak banget.

The food here was actually good.but the place is a little bit dark and gloomy.tried their dimsum menu and all of them are nice.

Best dimsum in town. All of their menu are great (maybe except the fried rice). The rice porridge is nice too.

It's quite difficult to find delicious dimsum in Denpasar but this one hits different. Also try their chicken and corn cream soup. It's kinda comforting and gut healing.

Please pay MORE attention to guests' orders.

We've dine in here several times in the past and this is the only time I felt deeply unsatisfied & disappointed with their service.

We have no problems with our food orders. It served perfectly and tasted good. The nightmare began when I ordered the drink. To avoid misunderstandings with the wait staff, I did already pointed what I want to drink with my index finger. It was a glass of MOCKTAIL called ORANGE PASSION. When the drink served, I sip half of it without suspicion as I was so thirsty as well. That's when I realized that the drink tasted like it has vodka in it. I asked my friend to taste it and she can tasted the vodka too.

I don't know where the miscommunication happened. And I usually would be happy to let my hair down by drinking alcohol; but, I simply cannot. I'm breastfeeding. I had my infant with us when this disastrous lunch happened.

Upon realising what happened, we ask the bartender in front of us what drink it was. He said that it's not Mocktail. It was a cocktail and I forgot what he said the name was. I called the wait staff again to ensure what it was, the wait staff didn't even know it was in fact a cocktail. She insisted it was a mocktail. The bartender then corrected her and confirmed it was a cocktail. The wait staff then apologized but that was it. I asked them to remove the cocktail from the final bill but they can only apply 10% discount on our final bill, which is less than the price of their cocktail. Had I not asked for it, they won't bother to discount me. What I truly want wasn't the discount. I want their sincere apology and ensure us that it won't happen again to other people.

Once again, I had my infant with me all the times when I was there and they didn't even take my drink order seriously.

I regret ever spent my money at this place.

Taste much better now, but the service was very bad. One of my orders didn't come to serve while the other food orders were finished and until all plate dishes taken away, nothing. She cleaned up all. Then after 20 minutes I asked her again and she said sorry forgot again to input the order. Said ok I'll wait. Wait till 10-25 minutes and she said forgot again. Unbeliavable. 3x forgot for the same order. Cancelled it and got vey dissapointed with the services. Never got like this before any where else.

Untuk sayur enak, untuk dimsum agak kecewa dengan hakaunya kulit terlalu tebel ya, isian udang juga kurang fresh.semoga kedepannya bisa diperbaiki lebih baik lagi. Atmosfirnya ok.

Love the food, the price is reasonable. When you feel like Chinese food this is the place. Our family have lunch or dinner before or after movie because the location is inside the mall on ground level. Our boy love the vegan cunfun he ate two servings! The staff is very helpful and polite even at cashier. During Chinese New Year they let you take angpao with gift to take home.

This is the edited review based on today visit March 14.we come here often almost once a week. Disappointed about the staff taking our order drink wrong and insisted that I was the one who made mistake because she has repeated the order. She didn't want to replace the drink but eventually another staff took care of the problem. Originally I ordered the drink without a straw but the replaced drink came with a straw, this shows that the staff didn't really take good care of their customers. I was going to give them full stars but I've changed my mind.

Mediocre at best. Ordered the fried rice - overdosed MSG and oily. Pao minion was too creamy - and way too much yellow food coloring. They forgot my hakau, which was fine anyway, not that it's gonna change my rating. We were seated outdoor, an excellent choice as the open air kitchen was too smokey and we didn't want our clothes smell of food.

Service was unpleasant, no service staff was assigned to outdoor seating when there's 3 tables were having meals. Paying 6 percent when we had to walk inside to get our menu and bills were insulting. Thank you Kou!

Food was amazing, service is also great, though it's obvious that the management should address the shortage of floor staff.

The dimsum are fresh and delicious. Excellent service, nice place and decoration, the noodle also good.
