Been a regular to this oldest Japanese restaurant in Sanur. Typical izakaya display, warm and homie vibes with homecooking style food. Had a lot of takeaways from here.

It's a nice typical small-sized Japanese restaurant in Sanur. I love the Pork Belly and the Chicken Yakitori.

They served the food fast, good taste and worth the price. The service lady was so friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Visited in January 2022. A very short walk from Andaz. Good food, nothing special. Kakigori was a nice touch for dessert.

Wants to escape to Japan while stay in Bali? You have to come to Kokoya.

Used to be one of my favorite japanese restaurant in Sanur. Went back there yesterday for yummy japanese food but disappointed by the chicken kare that I ordered. The sauce was sticky and it doesn't even taste like kare sauce. The texture was like those fuyunghai or capcay sauce, those sticky kinda sauces They have done better but what happened.
I got smaller bowl of katsudon compared to the last time I went there, thought I ordered kids meal but no.
The sushi was good

Dont get fooled by its place, the restaurant has a lot of menu.they are quite good actually.price is cheaper than big japanese restaurants.

Average sushi in Sanur. The rice used was cold as opposed to room temperature and in most of the nigiris the rice had been really squeezed making the nigiri like eating and apple. Also the unagi was served cold. If you are dying to have sushi on the spot head heat, if you can choose another place,

Just a regular Japanese restaurant.nothing special there. The taste, well just like a normal sushi or sashimi. Price wise.tourist price tag.

Restoran Jepang, yg sederhana tapi menarik Krn rasanya seperti masakan Jepang rumahan.
Harganya juga relatif terjangkau dan suasananya akrab banget, ruang yg kecil jadi seperti keluarga, enak utk makan bareng keluarga atau teman2.

Third best Japanese restaurant in Sanur for my taste so far, had a dinner there weeks a go, the quality of food and service and so the price was great, recommended for those who love Japanese food.

I might be the first customer on that day. No one else was there. My order took about 50 minutes. I gave up. The food was edible. My bill was added gov tax and scv charge.

Pretty tasty food for a good price. It didn't take long as others say in the reviews but it can depend on the situation of course. We enjoyed it and will be returning since our favorit japanese restairany is in maintenance mode at the moment.

Lokasinya tidak susah ditemukan. Berada di samping jalan. Cukup perhatikan saja papan nama restorant nya. Makanannya enak. Saya suka Donburi Pork nya. Kalau duduk di luar disiapkan kursi. Sedangkan kalau di dalam duduk ala lesehan jepang atau duduk di depan Chef On Perform. Recomended buat yg suka makanan Jepang. Harga juga cukup wajar

We met a friend on the street shortly before going to dinner here. She told us it's not expensive but you get what you pay for. That's pretty much the truth. And a long wait, as it's popular, probably from lack of competition. We won't be coming back.

This place is very very very slow. We only order 2 items, first item came in 30 min. Second item came after 1.5 hours they reason was because they made the order wrong and there were only few people there. Not recommended!
