Recently opened and apparently in a "soft opening stage" Huuuuh, you open your shop with an adequate stock otherwise don't! I wasn't aware of this and went with high expectation to visit the store which claimed to be an official Trek dealer.
Upon arrival.it was obvious staff were still setting up the shop. There were 3 bikes on display of the high range price brackets being between US $ 8000-11000. Although I speak fluent Bahasa, staff ignored me as they were to busy with whatever besides I was the only customer.
Eventually the cashier lady showed me some very limited stock of items I was looking for however they didnt have size nor color I required. I was told I couldn't order the required item either. Next day I went on the internet and ordered the required through a shop in JKT!
Owner: get your act together as the biking community is a rather tight group and referral goes a long way. Your "soft opening" doesn't do your any favours nor the attitude of your staff.
TREK: before you honor the status of official supplier follow your SOP's!
