KoenoKoeni Villa

The location is good and the rooms are spacious and clean. They clean the room twice a day. We provide ample refills of water and minibar for free. The pool was also clean. The breakfast taste was so-so, but it was edible. The quantity was large. The staff are all friendly. I will visit again if I come back to Seminyak.

It's great that the living room and kitchen are blocked off from the outside with folding doors.
Most of the pool villas on the Seminyak side have an open public space, so it is hot during the day and insects fly in in the evening, so it is considered an unnecessary space, but in Koeno Koeni Villa, this area is blocked off with a folding door and has separate air conditioning and a separate bathroom, so it is convenient for families. It's a great place to be together.
The breakfast is clean (ask for less salt), and the pick-and-drop driver is very friendly. You are really kind.
The cleaning staff and the staff preparing breakfast are also very kind and gentle.
The female employee at the counter who serves customers is a bit rude and far from friendly, but she is not unfriendly.
The location is slightly outside the busiest part of Seminyak, so it is easily accessible and the evenings are quiet and nice.
There were some foreign substances in the swimming pool here and there, but they weren't too annoying, and the water quality was better than I expected.
The walls are raised high, providing privacy, and the areas that could be stuffy are well filled with landscaping, making it harmonious.
The water temperature is also suitable due to the combination of appropriate shade and sun.

I made a reservation because it was cost-effective.
It's good to walk around too

As mentioned on their website, they were supposed to provide a courtesy shuttle service. However, during our nine-day stay, we discovered that this service was only available if they had a driver present. Unfortunately, this was the case only once.

Despite this small inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Koenokoeni Villa for its overall excellence. The rooms were spacious and cozy, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The air-conditioning worked flawlessly, providing much-needed respite from the tropical climate.

What truly made Koenokoeni Villa stand out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived until our departure, their hospitality was truly remarkable.

I have stayed in a lot of villas in Bali and this is by far my favourite. Everything is enclosed, which is rare to find in Bali, so it reduces bugs and keeps the heat out. The bed is comfortable, the pool is always maintained, it is quiet, and has a perfect location close to everything. They also provide a shuttle service if needed, and laundry. The daily breakfast is huge and the best I have seen at any villa. All the staff here are amazing and very kind also. I will definitely always stay here when travelling in Seminyak.

My partner and I booked this place for 3 nights and I we had the best time! One of the best villas we've stayed in, great location. Super close to Potatoe head, Missipi and Motel mexicola. Staff were super helpful, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were fantastic, super clean, pools were nice and very quiet In the villas. Great place to stay for a couple or a family. And the food at the restaurant was super authentic and very cheap. Highly recommend this place

Spacious quiet and lovely villas with large private pools! Best value! Centrally located to shopping and eateries at Seminyak Square. Staff are very helpful and gracious.

The villas surpassed my expectations, we had a wonderful stay as a family of 3 (couple with 1.5yr old) in a one bedroom villa. Private pool is cleaned every morning and we used it almost every single day.
Lots of space, very comfortable walking distance to seminyak shops and cafes, we can't wait to come back! You can also book airport transfer and driver during your stay direct with the hotel.

Beautiful villa and very friendly staff. One down side was the pool was very cold and didn’t get much sunlight throughout the day

Great location.close to seminyak beach, just walk to enjoy food at several restaurants in seminyak.the villa is clean, the staff is friendly, not the security guard.doesn't have much car parking space.

Came back here again for i cant even remember how many times over the years. Definitely the 3rd time this year. Not just very homey, its also clean, polite and friendly staffs. They maintain each villa very well. Location wise is great. Walking distance to Petitenget beach, shops and good foods.
