Average massage compared to others in the area. Paid for an hour and only received a 40min massage. Wouldn't recommend.

I came here on a high recommendation, unfortunately i was disappointed. The AC was way too cold, the massage way too soft even though I asked for stronger. It felt rushed and the price is almost double what you normally pay. I won't be going back, sorry

I went for a 60 min Balinese massage and it was very relaxing. There are three aromatic oils to choose from and the ambience is pretty nice. My massage therapist was very skilled and did a great job.

My wife and I love this place. Had two amazing sessions of Balinese massage, one of them with warm stones. Totally recommend!

Had two sessions at Koa - both amazing and beautiful experiences, from the friendly professional staff to the ambience and treatments themselves. Was spoilt to have Netra both times - a special lady who definitely knew how to provide the best service. Thank you Netra - I’ll definitely be booking with you on my future visits

Went in for the express mani pedi, but opted for the deluxe treatments when I realized that the express did not come with polish. The scrub and massages to my hands, arms, legs and feet were excellent, the ladies were very professional. I was not happy to find that the OPI nail polish bubbled up when it finally dried almost an hour later.

Great experience, a very professional set up. Whenever you are planning your next trip to Sanur make sure you book your treatments in nice and early (as they book up days in advance).

The environment is beautiful, in addition to booking a spa, there are also small things to buy and choose. If you want to arrange a massage, you need to make an appointment in advance. We just came to the store the day before to make an appointment and choose the length, and then decide which item to choose on the day. The quality of the massage is uneven. I pressed the right point twice when I pressed it once. It was very good. The other time was not so good. I touched my hair directly with greasy fingers before washing my hands, and every time I pressed it It was very uncomfortable to stretch my tendons on purpose, and I didn’t cover my body with a towel even though I turned on the air conditioner. I also needed customers to take the initiative to cover myself. I felt that the education and training as a whole needed to be strengthened.

I was in Sanur for 2 nights and visited them twice! First was the 2.5 hrs of pamper treatment and second time was the balinese massage. Maya was my masseuse for the first visit and I specifically requested for her when I returned. She gave the perfect pressure and it was consistent. I felt very taken care of and she always checked if I was comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a service that is worth your every penny!

I arrived a bit early and was still accommodated for my 2.5 hour spa package — excellent service from start to finish. Everyone was so lovely and hospitable. They accept international cards for payment. Highly recommend and will definitely come again.

Brilliant massage today and lovely, relaxing, clean atmosphere. Booked in advance which is a must. Very responsive on WhatsApp. Worth the extra money (180k for one hour compared to around 100k nearby).
Note some massages are on the second story so there are stairs, ask for one of the few spots on the ground floor if needed.

Nice small spa, clean and lovely staff. I had a Balinese massage and a facial and it was the best I’ve had in Sanur. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the lady that did both treatments, but she was superb. They also have a boutique where they sell various things at decent prices. I highly recommend this spa!

The quality of service really depends on exact staff. I’ve visited this place 2 times, and the first time was great. But the second time masseur did anything like she was in hurry, so I had 50 minutes of massage instead of 1 hour, and she didn’t wash her hands before massaging face (first time masseur did)

Super clean and relaxing place for your massage fix. Prices are decent even if smacked in the middle of Sanur. Massuers have enough strength and make it relaxing. Place is well kept and the staff are really polite. Great place for your shopping needs as well

The massage was good. I am very disappointed with the gel pedicure and medicure. I got 1 cut on my left toes and 2 cuts on my right toes. The lady did the pedicure apologised for the cut. Not sure she was trained probably. The gel medicure wasn’t done properly, feeling off the next day unfortunately.
I will go back for the massage, but not for the pedicure and medicure.

Had the best massage of my life, really no exagerations.by the amazing Made (hope I remember the name right). The Shiatsu was PERFECT, she adapted the pressure exactly how I like it.strong.although it was the end of the schedule and she might have been tired I did not feel it at all.
The ambiance of the salon is also exquisite, service is top notch. I have only great words for them. Very relaxing, professional atmosphere and the place is super clean.
I think it truly deserves 5 stars.
