DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely disgusting. Mould from floor to ceiling. Towels and linen dirty. When asking for more the staff simply say they don’t have any more. No hot water within room. Dripping ceilings and aircons. Missing amenities.the list goes on. Not to mention good luck asking for your money back. We found out the next morning multiple other travellers had the same issue and were also asking for a refund.

Staff is so friendly and very welcoming, the breakfast crew is 11 out 10 and the breakfast was good, the location is great.
I can imagine how hard it is to look after a place like this but this is definitely not a 5 star hotel, there is mold on the wallpapers in the corridor area, I spent 8 days in there and been to the gym almost every day and there was no hand sanitise.
I think around 600 to 700k idr per night would be a fair price to a place like this.
The owner or owners of this hotel should also do something about that horrible water that smells like sewage next to the beach that is disgusting.

Beautiful hotel. It is a resort hotel so you are away from the busy streets. Depends what you are into!

The hotel was a big disappointment. There was a very unpleasant smell in the first room, the floor was broken in the middle of the room, the wallpaper was coming off the wall. After we complained, we were allowed to look at other rooms. The second room was similarly run down. The third room was a little better, not such a bad smell, but the floor was also broken and the walls looked really bad (mold?). The restaurant also looks really bad, run down, shabby and dingy.
There is a lot of damage around the pool, such as: B. Stairs and the floor.
I feel sorry for the staff because they can only apologize but have no power to act.
We received the cancellation and refund via Airbnb the same evening. The next morning, to be on the safe side, we only had toast and rice.
As we left the lobby part of the ceiling construction came down. Everything like in a movie. But nobody needs that on vacation.
For your information, in Indonesia there is no independent body that awards hotels' stars, as the management is free to award the stars themselves.
This hotel definitely doesn't deserve its stars.
The area surrounding the hotel also looks very sad, many dilapidated hotels that have been closed or never finished.
Since we didn't want our vacation in Bali to end like that, we moved as quickly as possible.

I’ve stayed in plenty of places in the area. This is by far the worst and most overpriced run down hotel. The rooms smell like chemical spray to mask a bad smell on the sheets. The pillow cover had a stain on it and smelled unwashed. It took 25 mins to prepare the room despite me checking in well beyond my check in time and 2 days late because I got sick. They couldn’t change anything in the booking because of me being sick and missing 2 nights and not even any gesture was made to rectify or add a small detail even.

I asked for an extra bed after checking in and they tell me they cannot put it unless I go down and pay (strange to put that pressure in a hotel where they have all my information and I can pay at check out if they wanted to offer the slightest bit of convenience).

The only nice part is a green view, outside of that I would not recommend this place for anything else.

Don’t expect service, hygiene, or anything semi-decent. It’s completely run down and needs so much attention and elevated service to become a decent place.

Dirty hotel where guests' dishes are left in the hallways in front of the rooms for days. Dirty pool full of rubbish. Rooftop is almost falling apart, plaster and facade are moldy. Floor full of leftover food. Breakfast for 200K IDR is awesome. There is no choice at all, people return full plates. Balcony from room littered. The hotel burns your waste several times a day and the smoke comes into the lobby and pool. Dreamland beach very nice and clean.

Dirty, shabby, dusty, the pool on the roof was tilted, so we couldn't use it. When we arrived, the room wasn't ready yet, so the suitcases should be left in the lobby for a moment and then they would be brought to the room. It was nothing, 5 hours later all of our luggage was completely abandoned somewhere in the lobby. That must not be. You can save yourself from happy hour cocktails.
Only the location to DREAMLAND BEACH.
Book a hotel further back and have Grab or Gojek drive you to the beach. We wouldn't book again.

Was in Bali 7 weeks - travel ended, because of a very bad food poision at Klapas breakfast - end at hospital they would not help me or even give me special food for my stomach with out a High amount - I was choked. And not 5 star at all, I Will say 2=- nit clean at all, a lot of People complained over the cleaning.

It's nice because it's close to Dreamland Beach, and it's right behind New Kuta Bali CC. It's a spacious resort with great value for money and great facilities.

Kamarnya besar, ada bathtub dalam kamar dan memiliki teras. Kolam renang dan restoran di rooftop. Ada kids club, gym, meja bilyard dan pingpong di dekat lobby. Memiliki akses ke pantai dreamland hanya lumayan jalan turun tangga jauh ke arah pantai. Menu sarapan terbatas dan tidak banyak variasi.

Didn’t match up to expectations. The views from the resort were great and the room was clean, but the service wasn’t up to the mark. Restaurant food was below average and they don’t serve any popular local beers. The resort is located at a distance from Uluwatu town. The didn’t have any shuttle service. They do offer bike hires but it was a hassle getting one in my case and took ages.
