I rented a scooter from Citra Dewi for 30 days including 2 helmets and pickup in Uluwatu at the end of my vacation. Everything went very easily and uncomplicated. The scooter ran perfectly and was a loyal companion on my trip to Bali. The price for a 155cc scooter was very cheap. And Citra always responded very quickly to my questions. Bonus: if I had had problems (which I didn't) Citra Dewi would have come to help.
I am completely satisfied and would rent from you again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the great scooter and the all-round perfect support, I felt very cared for and safe.

I had been in Bali one year - and me and my friends rent scooters here. The best service - the owner is a lovely lady, she find us additional helmet, racks for the surf (no charge), all the time do checking by themselves. A lot of different scooters - u can choose and change if u want, not a problem at all. Staying in Canggu - and as for this area the best place for renting scooter.

Honestly, the best rental service. I have been renting from them for months and have only positive things to say. Citra who is my contact there has been responsive whenever I have had questions or issues and is eager to help. They bring the scooters to wherever you are and, on top of that, the prices are among the best!

I rented the simplest Honda Vario scooter for a few days. There was no problem with the extension of the rental, all via whatup. The price is more attractive than other owners. The seller was kind enough to bring the scooter to the villa and pick it up at my convenience. Everything okay, I recommend

Bike was in good condition, all my request where solved in time.
Omwner take all reasonability for technical conditions of the bike.
Bike was delivered to my hotel.
As far as I know you can rent bikes with mechanical gearbox.
Good service!

The owner of the motorbike is friendly, and explains how to drive well.the motorbikes that are provided are all good and new.

The rental was easy and straightforward. We agreed with the manager about non-standard pick-up and drop-off without problems. Staff speak English well.
We took PCX, since we wanted to drive far and smaller options are uncomfortable for the passenger. My wife wasn’t complaining even after 1.5 hours.
The bike is easy to drive even for non-so-skilled drivers, but be careful with the traffic and non-skilled drivers around you. Try to be more careful when driving next to tourists - in Canggu a lot of people who don’t know how to drive take the bike and in heavy traffic (it is usually quite crowded) is can be challenging. Even if you drive safe, you can get a minor scratches from these tourists…

The rates are standard, so tourists shouldn’t be afraid.

We got bike with low fuel, but it is normal for Bali.

Recommended and we would definitely rent a bike from here next time we come to Canggu.

We rented a 155 Nmax for 1 week for a good price. Motorbike was in a very good condition, but when we get it was with almost no fuel inside. You can give it back like this is no Problem, but i prefer when it is Full of fuel and give it back like that.

Great experience renting a bike for the day here, they delivered and picked up from our hotel, really nice girl and the bike was awesome.

Highly reccomend these guys!
