Two people, 60 minutes, had a foot massage. 220,000 rupiah. It was the best foot massage I had in Bali.

Well i took only foot reflexology, it was good, worth the money after long walk, bali tourist spots is full of step up n down hill.

I wanted to get a foot massage, so I was dragged in while passing by and was very satisfied.
I even received a telegram the next day.

On my honeymoon in Bali, I received an hour-long body massage on the first day, but the therapists kept giggling and laughing, making me uncomfortable and not very good.

We still have another 7 days stay in Kuta, have had a couple of treatments from our hotel so thought we would venture out tonight to try Kimberly spa which is only a few steps away from our hotel. We wanted to book for 2 male therapists but were told by a dismissive lady at the counter ‘no booking tonight’. I then ask what about for tomorrow and the following days and was told … no booking. I would give zero for customer service. Not only unhelpful but quite an arrogant receptionist ……. However, we went back next day in the afternoon and have been going there everyday since. Service has had a 360 degree turnaround. If you are after a strong therapeutic massage, ask for DiDi, Felix or Ahmed. They are all very good massage therapists.

I highly recommend this spa. Agus was my therapist, and he was amazing! Everyone is extremely kind & professional. Great prices, great service & a great atmosphere.

Master Agus is very cool, I really liked how skillfully he relaxed all my muscles. Impressed

The worst spa ever. One of the male masseuse with earrings left mark on my arms with their “massage” technique. My whole 1 hour was excruciatingly painful.

The pressure was bad, and the technique was even worse. They were “pinching” not massaging u.

The place was clean and smells good, the service was horrible.

Thanks to all the reviews here, it helped me make a decision to give this place a try.
Definitely worth it! It was the best massage I had in Bali. A special shout out to Tio, my masseuse, I did a 60 min doot massage and a 30 min shoulder massage. No one tried to sell any packages or force to do added things. In fact they notified me that it was cheaper to pay for individual session rather than take a package for the sessions I wanted. Great place. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Very clean, hygienic and hospitable.

Look for Mara. Best foot massage ever. He is really strong so some might find it painful but I enjoyed how he knew exactly where to press.

Looks can be deceiving. This spa is rather nice inside and very big. There is a 2nd section hiding behind the front section which has plush waiting sofas to sit on while you have a cold water & select an oil (if going aromatherapy).
They have lots of comfortable chairs for reflexology which was always busy and very very good, finishing off with some neck shoulder work.
Up the stairs there were alot of massage tables. My 1 hr body massage was amazing.

Great massage, massage is their speciality, although they do hair braiding and nail paint but not so good as you get in Australia as my wife's nail paint came off after 5mins of leaving the shop, the hair braids were too streched and did not last longer than a day.

Found this place on our 2nd day and went back 2 more times after that. Family had foot massages, a back massage and a pedicure and everyone felt the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

Great staff, clean, cool, comfrotable. Most of the staff wore masks which was great and they offered free water and wifi for your time there.

Amazing massage! Myself, my mum and my aunt opted for the package with the hand, foot and back massage and we left feeling like we were walking in a cloud!

The shelac polish doesn’t include a pedicure which wasn’t clear on the menu (never been to a spa which doesn’t include this in the treatment) so charged for a pedicure on top of the polish which came to over 300k (more expensive than the UK). Not good value for money at all, you can get far better quality pedicures for less than half the price. Overall disappointed with the disorganisation of this spa.

A few years ago this was the spa I most frequently visited while living in kuta over a two month span. Speaking on history. The massages are good value and quality. But two years later we've returned and the staff service was underwhelming. I asked for pricing before service (pedicures) and they were very unsure and gave a confusing reply. After the service they added extra charges and it came to a pretty unreasonable price (comparable to the UK). Pretty unimpressed and disappointed. Good for massages, horrible value exchange for anything else.

This is a very good spa. Excellent value for money. A 1-hour Balinese fully body massage only costs 105,000 rupiah. They have many branches. The service is not the same in every branch. The one in Kuta has very skilled massuses and service quality is excellent. I can highly recommend it and plan to go back.

Ich kann absolut nicht verstehen woher die schlechten Bewertungen kommen, denn für uns war die einstündige Hot-Stone-Massage die beste die wir während des Bali-Aufenthalts hatten -und wir haben uns sehr oft massieren lassen. Es ist super hygienisch, sehr professionell, freundliches diskretes Personal und schöne Räumlichkeiten. Auserdem ist es sehr ruhig dort und die Masseurinnen unterhalten sich nicht.was wir leider auch schon oft erlebt haben. Ganz klare Empfehlung!
