This is the worst massage I had in Bali

Besides the fact that there was almost no service, the massage itself was like that, my master didn’t study at all and doesn’t know how to do it (I took a hand massage)
The staff is not friendly. They sat me down for a hand massage (!) on the couch where they usually do a foot massage. I have a question, how was the specialist even going to give me a massage there? In the end, I had to explain to him that I need to undress, because just rolling up my sleeves is uncomfortable for me and why should I do this in the presence of other people? Their oil is in ketchup bottles so you can understand the level of preparation)

The massage was terrible, incredibly monotonous, boring. And the massage therapist constantly took his hands off my body, which is absolutely not allowed to do. I could write a lot more about this session, but I’ll make do with this. I don’t recommend it to anyone!

The most uncomfortable reflexology experience. We booked two slots for one hour. My partner got a very smiling, active and friendly guy, Marcus, but not me. My master sat with a dissatisfied face, did not say a word to me, did not ask about the degree of pressure. I wrote through a translator that her movements did not suit me. To which she simply started hurting me. In the area where I had a bruise, it was as if she was deliberately using all her strength. And she barely stroked the feet themselves, avoiding the request to do it harder. Marcus translated some of it for her and they still communicated with each other.

It was painful and unpleasant for me, I was left with very uncomfortable sensations from the massage and the energy of this girl. It was as if she hated the whole world. I asked to interrupt the massage. With an even more dissatisfied face, she rubbed my feet without a word and left.

It's a disgusting experience with this type of communication. If the foreman has problems, I believe that there is no need to go on shift when you are working with people.

At the reception they apologized to me and said that I could change the technician. But in such a heavy atmosphere that hangs in the air, you definitely won’t get what you came for.

Good service, location also nice, has motor parking place. Highly recommend
But yesterday one of guest has caught and was sitting in spa, hope it wouldn’t happened again, because it can influence on other people

Our favourite spot for foot or full body massages if we're not going to a fancy spa. The therapists here are excellent, the place is super clear, good quality massages (highly recommend the Thai massage and their foot massages), really reasonable price.

We come multiple times a week when staying long term in Bali.

Waste of money n time. I think the masseur had covid. She was coughing all the time n got me psyched. Will never ever go back again!

Super clean. Many rooms for different treatments. Between us we had full body massages (nice and firm), foot massage, hair wash and treatment.
