28They haven't changed their (core) menu in years, must've got something right. Much better than their Singaporean cousin.
We had the fish carpaccio and beef tongue tacos as starters and shared the black rice for main course. It was overall a bit overpriced and lacked flavor. The decor is nice. I would recommend you skip on this one.
Went here once in 2016 and never forgot about it. Went back tonight and it was as good as ever! Chic decor with glass walls and warm lighting. Great, great food that never disappoints! This time the whole family (grandparents and four kids below 10 included) came along and everyone loves the food at Kilo. Our favorites are octopus nam jim ala plancha, black and white prawn raviolis, truffled tai yuzu roll, squid ink rice (a must), and the slow cooked beef cheek (soo.tender). Service was impeccable and lovely as well. Perfection.
The food is 5 stars but I give the restaurant manager 1 star. Came early at 6pm and there were many tables available inside. But the inflexible manager refused to allow us to sit inside despite us promising to finish our dinner in 1 hour. End up sitting outside. When we finished, the restaurant is 50% full. If u must come, make reservations. Don’t walk in!
Squid ink rice taste good. King prawn cooked perfectly. Great ambiance. Abit pricey. Would rather go to a seafood market.

Suasananya nyaman, cozy. Makanannya enak, untuk nasi goreng tinta cuminya enak, you should try it. Dan yang paling saya suka adalah nasi babi bali mereka dan sambal mantah, bumbunya meresap dengan baik, worth to try. Kalian boleh coba resto ini kalau ke daerah Seminyak.
Cool rustic decor. Great squid ink rice 175k idr and soft shell crab salad 125k idr (ordered based on reviews) and we had a morning vibes juice. Awesome breakfast. Nice soft music.
Scooter parking across the road. The sign wasnt clear though. We only chanced upon it when we missed the entrance of Kilo (in the opposite side of the road) and made a left turn then saw the sign that says parking for kilo customers.
Overall a good experience. Expect to pay standard cafe prices. Bill came up to 417k idr for 2 mains and 1 drink.
