Kibarer Property Canggu

We had issue in our own house which we couldn’t live in it for few month. So we contacted Kibarer to help us with urgency and the agent Manda managed to get us something for 3 months, it was such a big relief for me and family.

I am absolutely devastated by the horrendous experience we had renting a villa through Kibarer agency. We signed a 6-month contract at 32 million a month and even left a 10 million security deposit, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay. But what we walked into was a complete disaster.

The villa was in such a terrible state that it shocked us—mold on the walls, mold actually IN the pillows, non-functional lamps, poor water flow in the showers, and to top it off, RATS scampering on our ceiling on the very first night. We were promised these issues would be fixed. A month later, only the lamps were dealt with.

And then the surprise fees started rolling in. Linen and towel laundry? Extra. Cleaning supplies? Also extra. Even the gas wasn't included! We felt completely swindled.

To make matters worse, the agent became nearly unresponsive, ignoring our messages for days and refusing to give us the owner's contact information. We felt trapped and completely helpless. We had no choice but to leave after a month, and even then, our security deposit is still up in the air.

Avoid Kibarer like the plague. It has been the most frustrating, disappointing, and emotionally draining experience. Never, ever rent with them!

I am always using Kibarer Property service every time I have holiday in Bali, at lease once a year. They have more yearly options for rental than monthly but the team is very creative and innisiative to keep looking for shorterm rent for me and they always found something nice for me this 4 years! I was assisted by few different agents but they were all proffesional and amazing! See you next year Kibarer!
