Living in Australia and buying a property in Bali during covid 19 felt very daunting. We were looking for a villa for long term rental in December 2021 and after a week of viewing a lot of property and meeting several "middlemen" (wouldn't call them real estate agents) who were posting on random social media groups, we decided to end the chaos/madness and looked for proper real estate firms to help us find our new home.

That's how we found Manda from Kibarer Property. Oh boy, what a relief it was in terms of searching experience and professionalism compared to the other way we tried.

Manda arranged viewings for several different villas in different areas of Canggu within 12 hours after our first text exchange via WhatsApp.

After the viewings and our decision of which preferred villa to rent out she arranged and helped to negotiate the conditions and outstanding details with owner, hence 2 days after the viewing we had a proper contract signed by both parties and we were good to move in.
The entire process took around 4-5 days in total from the first text until closing the deal and moving in and it was a smooth and professional experience.
