Ki. Shiatsu + Massage

I am changing my review! After they messed up my reservation.
I drove from Canggu to Sunset Road.they messed up n letting me know less than 30 min before my booking (which I was obviously were driving my bike otw there at that time n couldn't checked my whatsapp)
what made me annoyed! Instead of admitting that they messed up, they only said yeah coz the therapist that u asked were having another client.
I said, then why did you except my reservation in the first place? If the therapist was the issue, I asked them to give me other therapist.she said full booked I have to wait 30 min.not about waiting, but the ignorance of that girl at the front desk at that time.not even sorry n admitted that she messed up? I asked OK SO WHAT IS THE SOLUTION? She said, you just have to wait.yeah right! I have been to your place many time, bought gift vouchers few times for my colleagues.and when you messed up just easily wasting other people time and NOT even have the gut to admit n fix the damn issue that you created!
next day, they sent me whatsapp n offered me discount. Sorry its too late!

- My therapist was coughing the whole time without mask, I reminded her and then she left after 30 mins and asked someone else to take over
- The other therapist who took over use some oil that are freezing cold and technique was different
- Now I am sick after the session

Stay away from this place.

Unless you enjoy a really strong massage like meridians. I recommend Traditional.
Satisfaction levels vary depending on the massage therapist, but they are similar no matter which massage shop you go to.
Still, for the most part, it was a satisfactory experience.

Best massage for me and family in Bali. Full of skills and attitude. Shiatsu, don’t forget to try the fun of therapist stepping and sliding on your back

Have been there 3-4 times before but the latest one was terrible. It might be different by therapist but I was so uncomfortable the whole massage time. What the therapist did is just pressing body and rubbing.no technics at all and can felt the therapist do not want to do massage. Only after I asked deep massage for shoulder, she just spent time for it. Even during the massage she wore a watch.so it made me more uncomfortable….
Since my previous experiences were good, I recommended this place to friends a lot. But this time is so disappointed and kind of waste of my time and money.
When I said it to the receptionist, the only answer I got was every therapist have different style.haha.but I think they should control quality at least. I’ll go another place later where control their average quality at least even I pay more.

We confirmed with the spa receptionist, but when we reach the spa they already cancel our booking due to unprofessional receptionist miscommunication. Really disappointed.

Had an excellent Shiatsu massage. The place had a nice ambience and was clean. Being able to take a quick shower at the end was a plus. The staff were friendly and courteous. Booking was easy through whatsapp.

We were slightly late due to traffic (so plan ahead) but they were kind enough to pro-rate our session based on the time we had remaining.

Negative! I write this review 4 days after my visit as I did not get any respond from the management to my complaint/concern. I had a Ashiatsu massage. As soon as I lay down the shiatsu lady jumped on my backbone and shoulder - it was not only unpleasant but it was really painful. After not even 30 minutes we changed to traditional massage as my shoulder and neck hurt so much. Coming home it got worse and I presume a pinched nerve. It is the 5th day now that I have pain, can only sleep with painkillers, have difficulty to get up and working on a computer is painful after 15 minutes. I returned to the massage salon the next day but could only talk to the receptionist who was clueless. She gave the number of the manager. Since then I tried to get contact in different ways but never got any feedback. I wanted her advise. For info: I never ever ad shoulder or neckpain in my life. My husband had shiatsu at the same time but befor the lady treated him the barefood shiatsu she massaged him for about 30 minutes!
One thing is for sure: now shiatsu for me ever again.

It will iron out all the knots and kinks in your muscles.

Just go with the asiatsu massage and you wont regret it. The masseuse will walk on you!

Its also got good sound proofing so you wont be distracted by sounds from the road.

Plus points because they have a shower too.

The massage therapist’s is great. But feeling a bit rush, my friend went in before me and finish after me. Also the rooms we were, were next to shower, the smell wasn’t pleasant.

I went to there with my wife.
I got Ashiatsu and she got traditional.
Actually, Ashiatsu is very strong massage cos therapists use with their feet.
Even though I got some pain, I felt light after it. My wife said it was so so. That is why I gave 4 stars

Best massage I’ve ever had! We were 30min late and the staff were very polite and understanding! I had the 90min shiatsu and absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend

Refreshing massage, be prepared for ashiatsu, as it can be tough, but you can ask for a gentle version. Your feet, body, and soul would appreciate it

It was not shiatsu massage that I was expected. I was expected shiatsu massage without oil, but the shiatsu massage here they use oil like regular traditional massage. I was so disappointed. Never again go massage here.

Was there for my shiatsu massage for the first time, I must say it was quite an amazing experience. Took 1,5 hours session with a masseuse named Putu. She was very strong but at the same time steady and not hurtful. My session ended with some good ol’ crackings Would definitely come back next time!

I had 1 hour traditional Balinese massage with Nofi and it was other worldly. My whole body felt amazing and relaxed afterwards. The staffs were super nice and I would totally recommend it if you're around Seminyak area. 5 stars and above!
