We were disappointed. For a 1.7 million rp meal in Indonesia, I expected a lot more. The service is great but the procedure can be fine tuned if they want to beat Michelin star level restaurant. Just little thing like asking them to clean the bread crumbs before the next courses. Like serving the dish together with 2 people than one person carried 2 dishes.

The wagyu was the mist disappointed dish cause the quality is so bad. I don't mind the small portion but I couldn't even taste the grill on the wagyu.

However, the other dishes were very good.

Located inside St. Regis Resort Bali, this restaurant is truly a gem inside the Nusa Dua Complex.

Love their food, I would suggest the set menu. I personally prefer the short one for dinner, the size of the food is rather generous, not to mention the welcome bread (that I couldn’t stop munching throughout the dinner.).

Have been dining at this place for several times, but haven’t gotten bored until now.

Should try if you are staying around Nusa Dua area.

Tips:

You could come early and enjoy the cocktails from their beachside bar.

We reserved a table here for our anniversary. The staff were extremely nice and the place was wonderful everything was so nice and the food were great. I never tried raw fish before but it was great

I had a quality meal in Bali. The service was great and the food was really, really delicious. I almost want to stay at the St. Hotel Regis because of the restaurant… It's a bit pricey, but I think I'll definitely go here if there's an event in Bali. There was a dress code, but it wasn't too stiff and old-fashioned, and the sunset was very pretty. I think it will be remembered as an unforgettable day!

Food is good. Service is top tier. Everyone was very humble, nice, professional. Atmosphere 10/10. Have dinner here a few times already and still I will be back again and again.

I expected much more from a restaurant on a St. Regis properly. I think it's starting to show its age, from the atmosphere to the food.

I went with the signature combination of lobster tail and wagyu steak. The lobster was well cooked but the presentation looked a bit out of a 1970s cook book.

Forgive me, I'm not trying to be insulting, but the wagyu steak tasted like Oscar Meyer bologna. It was pretty disappointing.

Flavor profile and presentation of all dishes was about 20 years behind.

Bread selection with olive tapenade was nice!

I think the restaurant, along with the entire resort, can use a refresh. The menu needs work to rise to the level that the St Regis brand commands.

My partner and I had the degustation menu. The price was affordable than what we were used to back home. The food was tasty and presented nicely. The service staff were excellent. Worth a visit if you are staying in the hotel

I had a signature menu for dinner tonight (lobster tail starter + wakyu steak = 850,000 rp). Starter and lobster soup was very good.but.but.it was the first taste of really weird wakyu steak.the worst ever.dont even think to choose that steak.
The quality of the steak should improve a lot.

This is one of THE MOST amazing place to eat in Bali. Even though the price is above average, but its worth every penny. The service is amazing, the food is great, the ambience is wonderful, and the view is breathtaking. We are really lucky to have its special brunch that is only served at weekends. We ate so many food from its wagyu, lobster, sashimi, and many varieties of dessert. This is truly one of the hotspot in Bali that you cannot miss.

Such an amazing degustation experience. One of the best I had as a vegetarian. I tend to struggle looking for great vegetarian degustation menus and this place certainly left a positive memory. We sat facing the beach and was served by Eko who was one of the friendliest, most caring servers ever. He checked in often, and arranged for a special vegetarian course meal for me. I recommend coming here!

Book a table for brunch but they forgot it, what a miss comunnication and also my birthday cake wasnt served, it really 5 star hotel?

Good quality restaurant, excellent taste, good staff to explain the dishes, Michelin standard although not registered.

An authentic Indonesian restaurant (I think). But the food is very good, especially the normal Indonesian delicacies. We walked from Intercontinental (15 minutes walk) as no Grab is apparently allowed. It isn't very expensive either so a definite value for money dinner. If you stay in Jimbaran and have the local cuisine, a definite visit to this restaurant.

Excellently prepared dishes paired with top class service make a visit to Kayu Puti a truly amazing experience. This kind of high class cuisine and attentive service is what you would expect of a hotel of this class, but we found there are differences even amongst the most renowned chains. We had dinner here twice, enjoyed it thoroughly both times and found that even the vegetarian menu is very attractive. A great setting with an open kitchen makes the dishes even more enjoyable.

Excellent restaurant in the St Regis resort. I suggest the signature dish and the Indonesian Seafood dish. The staff was very attentive and polite.

The very best service I've ever received in a restaurant. Mr. Yasa was my butler, he was very very polite, very knowledgeable. The food were so good, from appetizers to desserts. Highly recommended!
