Kayangan Cafe & Residence

The suite smells awfully like sewage. There is black mold in the bathroom and bedroom. Roosters crow almost 24 hours a day.it's not easy to live here…

A hotel close to everyone and the sea. The girl at the reception is very kind and helpful.

Kalo ada bintang 0,5 atau 0,1 pasti aku pilih bintang itu. Biarkan bintang yg berbicara.

If there were 0.5 or 0.1 star, I would definitely choose that star. Let the stars tell you guys how bad this hotel is.

The room is big, but there are no amenities.
There's is no point in putting stove but no gas.
View from the balkoni is horrible, you have to see someone roof which just a step from your balcony and it's not safe, someone can just come in to your balcony easily.
Another point is that the receptionist desk is on level 2, and there is an elevator to climb up. You have to use the stairs!
Maybe it's good for you who doesn't carry big and heavy luggage and baby stroller. And the worst thing is there's nobody helping you with all that luggage and stroller. They just watch from the receptionist desk.
It was the worst hotel that I had in.

Stayed for 6 nites and enjoyed our stay very much.
Had booked some time ago when there was very few reviews available but it was relatively new and the location is excellent.
Stayed in one of the suites on the 2nd floor and was pleasantly surprised.
It had a separate bedroom with its own tv and balcony.the bed was very comfortable as well.
There was a separate lounge area that had a lounge, dining area and kitchenette with stove and cutlery etc.
In this area was another tv and ice cool aircon which was I great full for the extra space.
The bathroom had a large shower with 2 shower heads and was a good size too.
We didn't take the breakfast option as it's located only 100m from the beach one way and the main road in the other direction.
They were also kind enough to allow as to leave our larger luggage in house whilst we went to Lembongan Island for a few days before hand.
There is a lift in house and the pool is actually on the 4th floor overlooking the ocean etc
We enjoyed our time here, price is excellent for the room we stayed in i would recommend it to others.

Pertama kali nginep hotel yang tidak menyediakan tisu. Amenities tidak lengkap seperti di foto. Minta make up room 3 jam kemudian baru dilakukan. Dan handuk tidak diganti dgn alasan lg di laundry. Jujur sih service disini minim sekali

We were lucky - the room was on the second floor, so the bathroom did not stink of sewage. Friends had a strong smell at the first.

The staff does not bother themselves - they work for their own pleasure.

The rooms are pleasant: large and with European interiors.

Upon arrival, the hotel told me they didn't have my room because the owner came unannounced and took our room. So, they mentioned they will move us to the hotel next door (Aquarium hotel), which is not what I wanted. As I was checking into the new hotel next door, a room back at the boutique hotel became available. So they moved us into the room and I immediately noticed bugs everywhere. Later in the night, I inspected further and found a cockroach. Disgusting. I mentioned this to the staff and all they can do was give me a free breakfast, which I refused. Very unprofessional. I really don't recommend this place. Don't use the money exchanges nearby either, huge scam!

Affordable price but with clean and high quality room, strategic place, close to the beach, nice staff, have tasty foods and beverages, and the rooftop infinity pool is the best and I think its the only one in Sanur.

Beautiful modern hotel. The best hotel in this area of ​​Sanur and not expensive. Big bright rooms with a comfortable interior design. Large TVs, quiet air conditioners, large digital safe. The kitchen in the room is very convenient. There is everything you need - towels, shampoo, shower gel, dishes and kitchen utensils. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail - blackout curtains in all rooms, flexible lighting control, a lot of tables, cupboards. The hotel staff helps with any requests, always very friendly. Cool infinity pool on the top floor with the sea view. Free internet throughout the hotel, including the pool. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Free parking.
Everything was perfect! Highly recommend.

Cannot find any fault with the property. Location, staff, cleanliness etc were all 5 star. We never ate there so can't comment. If family or friends were coming to Sanur I'd tell them to book here. Added plus is it seems the property is brand new, and there is a GREAT beer garden across the street with good food and great live music.

Very awful place, been staying for one month, uncomfortable place to stay, the wifi it's not much good and the staff is not care, I have to pay 500 just for parking the car and sometime they parking in my spot
And my car got hit by another car and I ask the staff to check the cctv but they not care about checking, very unpleasant place.

Udah jadi langganan buat renang bareng kakak. Makanan.nya enak-enak dan staffnya ramah banget + cantik2 seneng liatnya, love you dehhh

Second time staying here. First time was 5stars. That was under different management. This time around is less friendly and construction sound during the day. Sound of a grinder 8 hours a day followed by what sounds like a karaoke from upstairs until late. We did ask them if the construction would continue we will be happy to go stay somewhere else and come back later. They told us that there will be no more. 4 days later and still construction everyday. Will not be back for a 3rd time. Possibly under different management as the building and area are nice.
