Jangan di tanya lg kalo seri nya Karma, sdh yg terbaik yg kita dpt, baik service, kamar, lokasi, view, sdh pernah jg nginap di karma kandara yg bener2 terbaik nya, tp karma sanur jg nga kalah, nginap disini hrs member yah krn tdk bisa kl tdk member, breakfastnya biasa aja, dlm artian tdk byk varian tp terbaik, konsepnya vila yah kita bisa masak.

Very central and easy access to everywhere.
The kitchen is amazing. They baked a birthday cake for my birthday and it was spot on. Highly recommend the nasi goreng.
Probably the best in Sanur

Old & in need of an upgrade it's also a long walk to the beaches & decent restaurants. The first impression on arrival is not good with a confusing entrance & badly landscaped garden. It's also very noisy as it's smack bang on the main Sanur Bypass with non stop traffic.

Hotelnya nyaman, bersih dan tenang.
Ada kolam renangnya juga.
Pelayanan yg ramah dan memuaskan.
Lokasinya di pinggir jalan besar.
Untuk parkirnya saja yg agak ngepas.

To be honest, I got a chance to stay in Karma Royal Sanur because of free voucher, yet the service and the room given to our family was great. Our 7 nights was comfortable and all the staffs were friendly and professional. This hotel is very different from our usual taste of staycation, however I can say that the location is great, easily accessible and within reasonable distance from most popular places in Bali. Hope more and more visitors will have a chance to enjoy this resort in the future.

Nice place but near to main road so some distruib at night, if u avoid that it very beautiful inside

Service and staff were good. Internet kept dropping out several times a day. Staff could reset, and get things working (several times every day). Restaurant was OK if you were careful what you ordered, and it was good to have it there.

Fasilitas & layanan kurang bagus. Berbanding jauh dgn Karma Kandara Ungasan. Kamar, Ruang tamu & Pantry sempit. Air minum galon harus beli sndri.

Pegawainya sigap. Hanya saja ada beberapa kamar yg saluran dan fasilitas lainnya tidak terlalu memadai.harganya sangat worth it

Tidak sesuai dg ekpektasi pada saat dipromosikan pertama x sdh 2 tahun mjd member Karma Group dan baru pertama x menggunakan tdk sama spt yang dibayangkan

Good resort with great staff. All facilities worked well. Close to very busy road but able to find a way to the beacy in 15mns.

Boutique resort. Small, quiet place. Only 20 rooms. Has a good restaurant, pool, pool table, small gym (treadmill, stationary bike, combo strength machine) and spa. Staff is friendly.

Love this resort. Location doesn't seem great when you arrive but once inside it's a beautiful, peaceful oasis. Staff are amazing.

Lovely resort. Staff are absolutely sensational, so friendly and helpful. The beach is a 10-15 min walk away with some bars and places to eat on the way. The resort is rather small so has the benefit of being quiet too. The food in the restaurant was great as well.

We book a suite room 6 months earlier, but when we arrived the hotel gave us the worst room position, the word "resort" doesnt fit for it at all. Too much noisy voices from trucks and buses because the hotel located on the bypass. We complained about it but the receptions couldn't do anything about it and told us that we are the last group that checked in. The AC is leaking, so poor

It is a lovely small property right in the heart of Sanur and has a lot of eateries around it. Was very disappointed though because they didn't have any provisions for people with mobility issues. There was no wheelchair access to any of the public spaces nor to the rooms and no lifts either.
