Beautiful luxury property, courteous staff who accommodated all our requests and needs. We even got our scooter at a great price from the hotel itself.

Is it good for the local community? This is a hotel which seem to exploit on the locals, by blackmailing them to do wierd marketing appointments/sales, to ”earn points” to maybe get a job, instead of giving them a real job and salary. (We met a couple of them while travelling here).
According to Karmas website it’s international business, so guess money also go abroad. Please consider this when chosing a place to stay.

If you're a couple on holiday and have been brought to karma for an information hour. Don't go. Basically theyve designed their marketing so that they target a couple on holiday to invest in there program. So you will be given two cards and one of them will be a 'big win' of a camera, cash or a luxury holiday but all of them say that. And you'll be lured into going to another spot for a free meal and an hour of your time. You will be there for about 2-3 hrs and leave with nothing (at most a 300,000 rupiah voucher). All the best. Don't get scammed.

The hotel is closed but its possible to rent a villa. This place is in the perfect location right on the beach. The staff are super friendly!

Scam! We met a salesman off the street, won the price and ended up in the hotel to redeem the voucher.
We were supposed to get 60 minute presentation which we didn't get because apparently the manager was busy.
Anyway we got the voucher and unique code to book the holiday in one of their resorts, but in the terms and conditions section it's written very clear that they preserve the right to charge the full price of the accommodation if you do not attend the presentation.
To submit the request of booking you'll need also the membership number which they never propose us.
Stay away from this scam.

Vila dengan suasana yg sangat alami.sangat mudah akses ke pantai dan makanan seafood bakar yg terkenal

Hotel nya sudah tua, lokasi nya memang d tempat yg bergengsi di Jimbaran bay, menurut saya kebersihan nya secara umum masih baik, tempat nya luas, area nya seperti vila2 dengan kamar2 dan kolam renang, mungkin cocok untuk rekreasi bersama keluarga, kamar nya besar2, disukai orang2 bule, sayang nya bbrp kolam terlihat tidak terurus, banyak daun2 yg berguguran di biarkan.
Perlu renovasi dan perawatan yg lebih baik utk mempertahankan keunikan nya.

Very unpleasant experience. We don’t stay in their hotel, but me and my husband were kinda kidnapped by the sales. The man on the street told us won the super big prize which had to be redeemed in their hotel. They would take us to their hotel the next day. We refused friendly, but the sales wouldn’t let us go. We had to spend more than 15mins to get rid off the salesman and felt very uncomfortable.

We were very regret for not refusing the salesman in the first place. If you ever see salesman telling you win the prize, smile and walk away. It will save your time and stay away from troubles.

The guys trying to sell their product were a little pushy and didn't give us any terms or conditions for the deal

Amazing villa. Only issue is price of food and beverages in the restaurant in the resort, which is to be expected I guess for high end accomodation that includes resort taxes.
Much cheaper dining options at less than half the price outside the resort though and all within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Tempat yang bagus banget.apalagi dgn pilihan kamar yg tersedia bisa banget jadi salah satu tempat bercengkrama dengan keluarga dan menikmati liburan di Bali

Won a free 3 course lunch for 2. Prize turned out to be genuine.

The Thai beef salad entre was lovely, the baby snapper fillet main excellent and the local pancake dessert tasty.

Suspect it would have been pricey by local standards but definitely worth a go if you are hankering for something familiar on longer trips away from home

Beautiful villas, TERRIBLE service.

First, they downgraded our villa with two different excuses even though we had booked 3 months in advance. They tried to compensate a $800 downgrade with a $30 cab ride to the airport. The manager was nowhere to be seen on the premises, and hid from us the entire 4 day duration of our stay.

The breakfast was minimal. Pretty poor quality food. Staff is very nice but slow. A coffee took up to 30 minutes to bring, and the omelette station wasn’t much better.

The minibar was nice. However, when we arrived it wasn’t full, e.g. There were two beers instead of 4 (we had no way of knowing that). The next day they charged us for stuff we didn’t take from the fridge.

All in all, a terrible experience in an otherwise nicely built villas.

Fantastic stay! Helpful and friendly staff. I lived in 3 very nice Villas all with a private pool. Slightly old fashioned villas sometimes with insects in places such as the toilet (if it had a door), doors and random spots.

The resort has a very nice location, close to restaurants and the sea.

The food at the resort restaurant wasn't that good. The food you had to pay was much better than the free breakfast, but, still so-so. I would however recommend the in-villa BBQ!

Beautiful location, rt outside jimbaran bay beach and peaceful resort. Villas have a private pool.

Lautan biru luas dgn pasir putih lembut bikin betah berlama-lama di Karma Beach, sebaiknya datang sore hari di atas jam 4 sambil menunggu sunset, kalo pagi baru buka jam 9 udah terik panasnya

These people will scam you out if your time and if you are that easy, your money as well! The worst marketing type ever - snatching people off the street with vouchers stating you've won a prize, one of 3 - you can't choose though, it's always a holiday with them that you "win". Stay away from these poisonous people at all cost!
