Makanan tidak enak pelayanan tidak sebanding dengan harganya suka dimarah marahin bukan mendoakan tapi bisnis seperti ini tidak akan berjalan mulus bila konsepnya tidak dirubah mungkin belajar dari kasusnya karen dinner jaksel yang sudah tutup

Gw tunggu lu salah 1 karyawan disana. Ngatain itu sewajarnya & g usah Ngatain orang kok kelewat batas, saya disana sudah bilang lagi bad mood masih ngatain yg enggak². Aws aja itu pelayan itu hati² di Bali ilmu yg turun tangan.

Gak banget karyawannya. Walaupun cuma gimmick. Tapi gak pantas lah. Ibarat makan di kamar mandi.

The restaurant is unique! The service was very unique but I think this restaurant isn't suitable for bali culture, the price of the food was very expensive and the food not tasty! I know the concept of your restaurant but please when bring the food to the guest please please make sure that food still normal and hygiene, you can give we a crazy service but not for bringing the food, food for eating, we buy food for eating not for throwing!

Biar tau aja. Tempat cozy, pelayanan sesuai expetasi. Makanan ga cocok buat lidah kyak sy. Totaly semoga makin variatif menunya. Thx u. Ingat yg tidak mau dilayani jutek jgn kesini, apalagi baper.kasian nanti brantem beneran kyak kasus oknum dokcer.

Burgernya 140an masih dipalakin tips dan maksa bgt

Makannnya enak walau harga agak mahal
Pelayanannya walau galak.tapi lucu dan sangat menghormati orang tua.
Menu nya banyak yang kosong kecuali menu yang mahal mahalnya aja.

It was far from what I know from KAREN'S DINER. They mocking people which is different from the original one. They force us to order certain menu, and took so long for only burger and fries. Will never come back.

Disgusting food and overpriced. This place won’t last long. The “karen” thing is old and worn out. It’s no longer 2019.

Eat here for a different experience. Bali is known for their hospitality, but this is something else. The burgers are actually pretty good, so it won't be a waste. However, once is enough for me

While I understand the service culture which is ok but no excuse on the food
Running out of many dishes and the burger was cold

I get the schtick. The problem is, the food is simply not good. Due to the unfriendly act, this cannot be communicated to the staff. It’s extremely expensive. Honestly, I cannot see the place lasting more than one season.

Aku harap restoran ini tidak di teruskan lagi jika sikap dan adapnya tidak mencerminkan seperti orang bali yg ramah kepada pengunjung dari bali atu luar bali jika di teruskan terus ini bisa merusak bangsa dan adap tingkahlaku anak anak sejak dini

Come for the experience, to be honest i didnt expect the food to be good, but they actually are. Staffs are funny. Would recommend for the experience

I expected ruder staff, bit more theatrical “show”.
the room is really hot.the ac don’t work well.the music is so loud can we could really talk (maybe it is the concept here).
the worst of all was the food.the half of the menu was not available.only burgers and hotdog which we were expected that it would be sensational for that high price.but instead we just got a lousy small burger which bun was cold, meat patties were overcooked and the french fries already soacky.it is just not my rodeo!

Food was too expensive for such a place. You can dine in a fancier place with roughly the same price.
The burger was cold, took a long time to serve (30+ mins for a mere burger), fries was cold and damp, a big no no
Ambience is a big no, even if you come for the experience, but the loud music and magenta tinted lamps make your eyes and ears hurt.
Lastly, many items are out of stock, left us with a few choices, the beverage was too sweet, and the cashier charged us with items we ordered but cancelled because out of stock. Had to refund and they didnt refund for the full price because they didn't have exact sum of money

Tolong hapus konsep ini, sangat merugikan warga Bali yg ramah tamah, bule datang ke Bali karena budaya Bali yg ramah dan keunikannya, jangan merusak Bali dengan konsep yg di luar pakem Bali itu sendiri

Konsep pelayanannya GK cocok di Bali. Bali terkenal ramah. Pemerintah tolong Restorannya di tutup saja.
