Kadewa Retreat Ubud

The best hotel we had in Bali! A magnificent setting, very welcoming and friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We will come back with great pleasure.

Just fantastic as in the pictures I can only recommend, the hotel is so familiar and it was just beautiful there, the dinner was simply top class, everything was freshly cooked and you were asked the day before what you wanted for breakfast so that everything could be bought fresh. I can recommend the hotel again and again.

Great stay, the place is quiet, and the rooms are clean.
They provide good meals but, the only down part is getting a car out of this place.
The locals have their own cars so they don't allow grab or other apps and they will be chasing any cars that come near to their territory.
That's totally acceptable but, there should be a better way to handle the process and to notify the tourists of such situations.
Mostly they will not be happy to see this happening.
Anyhow, also the place provides pick up for you to other towns, i would recommend Chaplin, he is fun person you must have him around.

Completely overpriced. We spent 3 weeks in Bali, change 5 places with the same price range and this was the worst. Not so clean, poor management, hornet nest at the door, full of frogs which make awful noices during the night, they woke up us at 9.30 so we don't miss the breakfast. Small complex with 1 parking spot. It is 8km from Ubud (45000-100000 Indonesian money in one direction)

Beautiful set-up of 8 individual villas downhill towards a stunning infinity pool overlooking a jungle of bamboo, palm trees etc. The villa has a great design, a very comfortable and large bed, spacious bathroom area, outdoor bathtub and a sitting area overlooking the pool, excellent! The staff was awesome, friendly and attentive, a real pleasure to deal with. TV was great with tons of paid channels and live TV. A bit far from everything but there's a great (and super cheap) local restaurant 200m away that is worth visiting. This is the best place to relax and do NOTHING!

The staff and atmosphere are outstanding! It's quiet here and very relaxing. I'm in heaven! It's literally the best place ever and very clean and well kept.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful jungle views, infinity pool, nice rooms and great staff. Quiet location but just a short ride to central Ubud.

The property is beautiful and is located away from the hustle bustle of the city with Ubud palace and market easily accessible at a distance of 6 kms. Celuk Village which has options for buying silver jewellery is located to the south of the property at a distance of around 7 kms.

The staff was polite and the quality of food was good. On request they arranged scooter for us and they also had an option of spa that will be arranged if informed in advance.
Overall, our stay here was pleasant and we would love to come back again.

Amazing! Love our 2 nights stayed at Kadewa. They have only 8 beautiful villas with amazing view & good service. The villa design is amazing with bathtub in the open air, the TV is smart TV so we could enjoy watching clearly. Everything was amazing except for the road to Kadewa was really bad. We (2 of us) were the only local stayed there, I wonder how did the overseas tourists find this hidden gem. Highly recommend.

This is an exceptional place, with an intimate atmosphere. With only 6 villas embedded on a hillscape, a big room and private bath. My best stay in Bali by far!

Très beau endroit. Please switch off the Occidental music! Volume too high in the restaurant!
