7Anyone who has had a problem and is able to understand English and is used to working with foreigners? It's a hotel! The first hotel was friendly, but the house-sitter couldn't speak English. Isn't this place nearby a hotel? However, when I asked one of the elderly Australians who was staying there for a long time, she immediately called the female owner and offered to discuss any problems with her, which she readily agreed to do. Problem solved. Of course, if it is a trouble-solving specialty store, there will be a charge. When I tried to pay a considerable amount of money as a thank you, I immediately declined. With a big smile. I was so moved that I almost cried. I will use it as a guest next time.thank you very much.

Such a wonderful place to stay! This place is hosted by a husband and wife named Bryan and Nining. They have a cute little kid, a keeper named Boy and a dog. These all are lovely people, kind and ready to help whenever you need them.
Talk about the place, it is one of the nicest flats in Denpasar area. The room is big enough and fit all kind your needs. There's a price difference! If you want to have a non furnish room, it will cost you 1.5 mill per month. So let me break it down for you.
Non furnish room (1.5 mill / month) :
1). An air con
2). A fan
3). A wardrobe
4). Kitchenette
5). Hot shower
6). Wi-fi
Full furnish room (2 mill / month) :
Everything at the non furnish room + a bed and a drawer.
You don't need to pay for the water but you gotta pay your own electricity (duh).
There are some rice fields around the flat, sometimes it makes you relax to see the fields during the sunset. Unfortunately, there's a massive development going on as the locals started to rent or sell their land around here. So soon enough, we'll say bye to the rice fields!
