Pengerjaan cukup cepat, tergantung stock ready lensanya, hanya kurang pilihan merk untuk lensanya saja.
Service cukup memuaskan dan staf yg ramah.
Sebelumnya saya ganti lensa kacamata disini, setelah beberapa hari selesai ternyata frame kesayangan dan termahal yang saya punya dipatahkan (mungkin patah saat pemasangan lensanya) dan lensanya ada sedikit cacat bintik hitam, tapi setelah saya konfirmasi ke pihak Optik JM Top disuruh membawa kembali frame saya yang patah ke Optiknya dan di ganti full set dengan frame baru beserta lensanya, framenya bisa kita pilih sesuai keinginan.
Disini saya merasa perusahaan JM Top sangat bertanggung jawab karena mau mengganti frame yang patah dan lensa yang ada cacatnya serta permintaan maaf dari staf Optik JM Top.
Jadi tidak perlu khawatir kalau beli kacamata di JM Top karena ada garansi pengerjaan, apabila ada masalah tinggal konsultasikan saja pasti beres tanpa ribet.

I accidentally break my lenses. So I went to this store and ordered new lenses for my glasses. It took only 15 minutes to finish the lenses, and it is still faster than me eating chicken noodles in front of the store. Nice!
