Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort & Spa

2 star hotel at best, surely not 4 star. Not worth more than 300k.

1) Can hear all weird noises from neighbouring rooms through the connected doors (see photo). Change of room request are denied despite half the hotel being empty. Room Upgrade charge quoted twice the online rate.
2) No shower gel, shampoo are provided until asked (not sure if they forgot)
3) Do not rent scooter from here. Very poor quality with brake issues and no start fuel provided and charges higher 100k than local (see photo)
4) only positive is the proximity to airport but no hot water in early morning for shower before flight. Early morning checkout are charged 100k extra.
5) don't be fooled by sky deck photos, the ambience is dull will all tables empty due to poor quality food and service. Go only to redeem free welcome drink.
6) pool side restaurant closes at 9pm
7) spa needs to be prebooked more than 12 hours in advance. Mostly only afternoon slots available.

My agent booked me a Candlelight dinner at the property for my wife's birthday. The ambience and views were real good at the rooftop, but the food was absolutely terribly. We were pre booked for an Indian meal not because we wanted it but because we were given this as a special option. Starters were ok and we weren't expecting it to be perfect. But what followed was worst. Chole bhatura Chole was uncooked and bhatura could be used as a frizbee on the beach below. Chicken butter masala was even bad foul smelling and sour in taste. Paratha or naan served was uncooked. Promised us ice tea but it never made it to the table. We were also served with a cheesecake and it was stale and had a sponge that was rubbery at the bottom. The entire experience was pathetic and disappointing. Moreover spoilt a perfect day for me and my wife. I just hope we don't fall sick from what we ate. Please avoid at all cost or free.

Lokasinya langsung di pantai Jimbaran yang keren banget. Kamar-kamarnya nyaman dan cozy. Gak jauh dari restoran-restoran enak. Stafnya juga ramah banget. Buat yang pengen liburan santai di Bali, ini pilihan oke!

Overall Kamar Cukup Luas, Cuma untuk Smooking tidak tersedia di dalam kamar, bisa pakai Balcoon untuk Smooking area

Not fully happy with a food, except the Satay Mix - this one was really amazing.

The most terrible thing during this my short stay is room, because of broken AC. It was not fixed even after a discussion with staff on reception.

The temperature in the room was about 26 at night and 27-28 at daytime.

Also there is no place in the room where you can dry your swimming dress.

It's a great hotel, it's a perfect price and performance hotel, the staff is friendly, you can enjoy your holiday.

Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort is a great hotel with a beach front and very near to Bali Airport. We reached late night due to late flight and got a free upgrade to the family room. Below are the highlights of our stay.

We stayed only for a night being close to Airport. Hotel is just across the Sea. Rooms are quite spacious, but dimly lit as per my standards. Our room had a massage table and Bathtub in the balcony. We had a good time at the pool. Staff was quite friendly and polite. Buffet breakfast luckily had some veg options, but could have been more considerate to vegetarians. I had pokchoy, fruits, bread jam butter and something call Tak Tak which was very tasty and interesting.

The beach in front of the hotel is actually a small boat parking spot. The room is quite nice, the pool is small but chic. Breakfast has a good assortments.
