Great experience here. I had a wash and blow dry and it looked amazing. The hairdressers weren’t super welcoming but overall happy with the experience.

Dahnu did an incredible job of washing and styling my hair. The salon is lovely and the staff are great. Highly recommend!

I was here for the first time and I thought I would be in good hands because of the positive feedback. Unfortunately my hair does not look like the result I wanted at all. I wanted a BRIGHT ICY BLONDE, and I have a dark blonde with darker roots now. I was there for more than 5 hours and had to tell them to do another toner because my hair was still yellow after they finished. Olaplex 2 was used for only 2 minutes max, normally it should stay way longer otherwise it will not do anything. Also I asked for a faceframe I didn’t get and had to tell again after they finished so they did another foils in the front but didn’t tone it afterwards. All in all it I am not happy with the result for the money I paid, I paid same price in Germany for way better quality and you have to keep in mind prices in Bali normally are way cheaper.

I booked 2 appointments with them for a haircut maybe 5 months apart. And twice, the evening before the appointment (at 9.30pm exactly for both of those cancellations) they told me the stylist won’t be available anymore. I am honestly just suspecting they are taking on more clients and cancel whoever they want. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a liable salon.

Loved my experience at Jet Black Ginger. Nadya did my manicure beautifully. The staff was super nice and attentive. The salon is very cozy and most importantly both my manicure and pedicure was done in under 2 hours, which is extremely fast compared to other salons in Bali. I’ll be definitely coming back.

I couldn’t recommend this salon enough! I really needed my hair doing before I left Bali and left it last minute but Emeli managed to fit me in with a same day appointment. I had really damaged hair and with a thorough consultation, we managed to achieve my perfect blonde and restored the health of my hair. Emeli was so professional and so lovely - highly recommend

Balayage + Olaplex was made careful and the result is awesome! Very professional stylist and staff at all. I can highly recommend this salon for blondies for refreshing their hair)

Very disappointed, i love doing olaplex treatments here but the staff i guess mostly all the employees is so racist especially to a local customer they don’t treat me good but very different to a bule western customers they smile a lot and welcoming their so warm, I can’t tolerate this will be my last to visit, also i post and tag the instagram they just see and no repost even i say i love doing hair treatment and my hair look fabulous black shiny hair but again you guys racist and pro western customers only, please treat others customers same friendly and humble, i have money and i choose to spend it here very very sad

Got a full head of highlights, cut, wash, and blow dry about a month ago. My stylist was amazing, so friendly, chatty and open about what was the best approach to take. After my hair falling out due to SE Asia water, and me cutting inches off in a mirror myself a few weeks before with a pair of paper scissors - I left with lovely blonde, even, healthy hair. Thank you! ️

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever received. Consultation was fine but then somewhere inbetween the 24 hours of consultation and the appointment, they gave my appointment to someone else. Never seen anything like it. Would not recommend at all. Waste of my time.

Got an olaplex treatment and blowout here— all good until they started styling my curtain bangs. Many of the staff didn’t know how to do this (overdirecting a round brush both sides etc) and a few tried before one got it right. It was just kind of frustrating because I had to ask to switch to someone who knew how to style a fringe, after many stylists spraying, drying, straightening, and re styling that section of my hair. In the end I left the salon with it styled in a way that was ok, but it’s feeling really heat damaged from all the trial and error. Definitely would have been a better experience if everyone had training for styling a fringe, or at least if they switched me to someone who knew how to instead of damaging my hair and taking up a lot of time

I had a moisturising treatment and a haircut. The treatment and head/neck massage was lovely and super relaxing.
Ovi cut my hair, she listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. She did a great job, very happy with the results. Fair price for the service provided, would recommend.

Ovi is the absolute best! Since 1.5 years I keep coming back to her because I love how skilled she is with blonde hair. She’s always listening carefully what I want and the results are everytime on point. I think everyone in the hair salon is doing a great job from what I’ve seen so far. Everyone is always kind and wonderful. Love going there!

Got a massive infection a few months ago and thought it might be a coincidence but just had another mani pedi and got an infection on one of my toes AND my pinky finger! That can’t be a coincidence. Highly warning everyone to get a nail treatment here. You’ll think it’s a good place because they are often book out for a week but I keep hearing bad things.

I found out about this salon in one of the online articles listing it as one of the best in Bali. To me it’s an average salon and average service. I didn’t find anything special about it. I got a haircut that’s a bit shorter and chunkier than I expected. And the balayage is barely noticeable. The chair is uncomfortable because your legs don’t reach the floor: D It is an alright place but don’t expect magic and super professional approach. And it’s definitely not a world class salon as it was stated in the article.

Absolutely love this place! Very clean, modern chic and tidy! Always go to get my hair/ nails done. Technicians do a great job of my nails, last about 2/3 weeks, hair dresser is great also and helped recommend what I can do to get my hair healthier. 10/10

I conform the other reviews that the staff responds usually with a couple of days with excuse they are busy. However who does care? Salon offers a popular service in a sunny island, take extra person to respond on whatsapp.offer something else (discount or any other) to people instead of showing up you are busy salon. I tried to get 3 times to make an appointment as the salon is nearby. All correspondence about what is included and available time took ages. Only once i succeeded. I came for manicure, i liked the shiny of my nails and that's it. The procedure for my cuticles was quite painful and bleeding. I am not sure I want to come back. Just think how much money and clients you are loosing every day.

Best manicure and pedicure I’ve had in a long time! All the staff were so friendly, and I had both the manicure and pedicure done at the same time! Nails lasted ages

They did an amazing job! It’s always a bit nerve racking to go to the hairdresser in a different country but this one was worth it.
