Our host/ manager COULD NOT DO ENOUGH for us, we were unsure of this place after spending time in another villa up north however this tured out to be better that the W and other resorts we stayed, we had a villa with private pool but on reflection we only needed a standard villa and moving us was no problem, we had breakfast served every morning to order and some this was probably the best place here and I’m righting this the night before we leave I this place so thanks to all the staff, you did an amazing job xx

We spent seven nights in a small villa! Great villa! Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, new furniture, fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly There were no complaints about the cleaning. Breakfast is a separate art form
And we were lucky enough to spend one night in a large villa with its own pool! It's just a paradise on earth

My boyfriend booked this place for us and I absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast in the morning. It was SO good.

We had a few problems with our room with no hot water but BUDI who works here, was so amazing and helped get that fixed right away within the hour. Because we were staying for 2 weeks, they upgraded our room the last few days because of the hot water issue and it was very kind of them to do that.

Budi was so incredibly helpful and I cannot say enough good things about him and this villa! It was a dream to stay here for our first trip to Bali and we will for sure be coming back!

All of the staff is very kind and helpful and especially Budi! They made our trip here so delightful!

Ausgesprochen nettes Personal! Gutes Frühstück, sehr ruhig, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Gutes Fitnessstudio (klein aber fein). Daumen hoch wir würden nochmal hin!

Super schöne ruhige Anlage mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal! Das Frühstück ist frei wählbar und wird geliefert, top! Wir waren in einer Villa mit Privatpool, einfach wunderbar! Strand in walking distance

The hotel is surrounded by greens and feels very secluded, peaceful and calming. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a free room upgrade and late checkout for free as well. 100% would recommend.

Wunderbare Anlage mit unglaublich freundlichem Personal. Die Villen weisen einen überdurchschnittlichen Standard auf mit vielen Hinguckern. Frühstück wird in der Villa serviert. Die Lage ist zentral und in Fussdistanz zum wunderschönen Strand.

Everything was perfect and especially the staff people. They are so so so nice and truly the best experience. The hotel itself is so calm and lush yet it is very well located.

Close to a busy road, Jestate Villa is a true oasis of tranquility with its lush tropical gardens and beautiful pool. The spacious, bright and spotlessly clean pavillions have their own terraces where a delicious breakfast is served by a caring, kind, professional and attentive staff. We had a fantastic stay!

This villa was so beautiful! JEstates was so conveniently located I was near the airport, restaurants and many shops. The staff was very nice and helpful. My experience in Bali was so positive I DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE.

Where do I begin? My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience here. All of the staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful with recommendations and directions. Detu was our guy. Embarrassingly enough I didn’t have enough Rupiah to pay the taxi driver and Detu fronted the difference until we were able to pay him back. That was not requested, but he went out of his way to help us. Anom was just as accommodating for us. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

And not the mention, the villa was amazing. We had the room that overlooked the pool. If you’re ever in Bali you HAVE TO STAY HERE. Tell Detu and Anom we said hello!

Me and my husband were very satisfied and happy to stayed there for our 3 nights annual honeymoon. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are very private with smart home technology, the swimming pools are very clean, very quite, suitable for couples who are intentionally came for peaceful holiday! Definitely will going back there!

Went to stay here to celebrate our honeymoon, and loved the place! It used to be a 5 star resort before the pandemic but they re opened as a 4 star property but the guest service and awesome breakfast remained 5 star level. The rooms has a very nice decor and secluded from other guests which was very peaceful and relaxing… we will definitely come back here whenever we get the chance.

My partner and myself had a lovely experience here! Rooms were big, beautiful, and clean — it felt like we were transported to a lovely lush paradise:)
Staff were absolutely lovely - super friendly, honest, and accommodating. The partner accidentally left a large sum of cash in the room during check out and the staff cleaning our room ran out to return it to us before we left.

Staff had plenty of recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and beaches around the area. The accomodation was very close to Jimbaran beach which has amazing fresh seafood options!
