Hair cut and Kerastase long hair treatment with Vina and Eta, totally recommended! The result just exactly what I want

I had a hair treatment in April 2023. Before that, I was introduced to the hair stylist for a consultation and immediate work.

During the middle of the treatment, my hair suddenly got damaged in the areas that are frequently straightened (bangs, near the ears, and the lower back).

They hurriedly provided treatment and washed it to prevent it from getting worse.

After the hair treatment, my hair became wavy in the previously damaged area after applying medication. Then, it was cut to make it look better.

When I asked for advice and the best way to handle it, the stylist seemed nervous and surprised by my hair, but she tried to remain calm, and I appreciated that. The suggested advice was to use the best hair care products, which were quite expensive for my budget.

Honestly, I had higher expectations when I entered this salon because it seemed very professional, especially with the initial consultation that should have helped us determine the right treatment for my hair condition. Moreover, the price offered was not cheap for me personally. However, I was very confident at the beginning until the hair damage occurred. This resulted in having to cut it even though I intended to grow out my bangs and hair.

Unfortunately, the consultant who was also the stylist seemed to not pay much attention to my explanations about my hair, which had undergone chemical processes for approximately 17 years, including rebonding, smoothing, and coloring.

Now, my hair is still damaged in the lower inner part and experiences severe thinning and hair loss

I went for a haircut and it turned out perfectly. I didn't show kak Fina any pictures but she understood what I wanted and gave me a hairstyle that suits my type of hair. The staff were also super friendly! I highly recommend this salon if you're staying in Canggu

I had keratin hair treatment.

Came to Bali for a vacation and wanted to get my hair done (balayage and cut) and stumbled on this place. I was a little nervous getting my hair done in a new country but the service was exceptional. It was an easy process to book through WhatsApp and communicate hair color/style etc. Once I got to the salon, they did an additional consultation (free of charge), to ensure both the colorist and I were on the same page. The receptionist spoke very good English and made the whole process very seamless. During the consultation the colorist took into account hair health, what would look good etc. It was a 4 hour process (color, cut and style) and the colorist did an amazing job and I was extremely happy with the result. They served water, tea, coffee and snacks which was a nice touch and really appreciated as I was there for awhile. I’ve had 5+ balayages throughout my life and all my friends/family have said that this one has looked the best. I’ll definitely recommend and I’ll be back next time I visit Bali!

Sebelumnya beberapa kali sudah sering treatment hair spa disini dan hari ini ada kesempatan untuk treatment 3D steam smooth blow dan hasilnya memuaskan sekali.staff nya juga ramah ramah, super lovely! Pokoonya recommended buat kalian yang mau treatment rambut, bisa konsul dulu sebelum treatment.puaaas banget

I came for a hair trim (chin bob to above chin bob), & got exactly what I wanted. Wandi, my hairdresser, was careful & precise.

The lady who washed my hair was gentle & thorough.

I like that the salon had a comfortable waiting area too.

Very reasonably priced for the Canggu area.all in all, a wonderful experience.

Happy banget dan bener2 puas dengan jepun ayu berawa. Ini salon terbagus di bali. Aku kemaren melakukan colour rambut, krn warna tidak rata ditempat lain. Lalu di jepun ayu berawa rambutku di sulap jadi bagus bgt, aku minta warna brown tanpa ada hint merahnya, aku datang dan semuanya ramah sekali, sebelum di colour di periksa kondisi rambut dan bener2 mereka dengerin apa yang aku mau. Ngerjainnya ngga buru2, bener2 take time. Mereka bukan ngejar next client. Tapi kita bener2 dikerjain supaya puas. Pokonya the best deh. Dan bakal jadi langganann terus. _ Cempaka _

Highly recommend! Very professional, kind and gentle! I did a root coloring, cut and a blow dry. My hair hasn't felt this light and soft in some time. Don't hesitate, you won't regret.
